📣 #HIRING Tangent International is urgently looking for a DPI Back Office Specialist for a 12-month extendable contract based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, starting ASAP.

🖊️ Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot dedicated Deep Packet Inspection platforms
• Monitor DPI KPIs and investigate service or performance degradation
• Perform root-cause analysis using Wireshark, tcpdump, flow logs and session traces
• Manage application classification, protocol identification and traffic-policy functions
• Coordinate vendor TAC cases, technical escalations and service-recovery activities
• Automate health checks, configuration management, log analysis and alerting
• Support emergency rule bypass, traffic rerouting and graceful platform failover

📝 Requirements:

• Hands-on operational experience with dedicated DPI platforms such as Procera, Sandvine, Huawei DPI, Wirefilter or equivalent
• Strong understanding of DPI principles and application-detection methods
• Strong TCP/IP knowledge with practical Wireshark and tcpdump experience
• Linux server administration and network-operations automation experience
• Good understanding of mobile network architecture, including 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G and Packet Core
• Experience troubleshooting multivendor technology in a live telecom environment

‼️ PLEASE NOTE ‼️ Direct operational experience with a dedicated DPI platform is essential. General Packet Core or GGSN experience alone will not meet the requirement.
