Overview:

TachyHealth is on the lookout for a Healthcare Product Manager (MD) to join its team. A leading healthcare technology startup in the MENA region, with a mission of driving value-based healthcare worldwide and making healthcare better on a scale, through transforming the payer-to-provider interaction using Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.  

Role Summary:

We’re seeking a Medical Doctor (MD) with hands-on experience in healthcare insurance with at least 3 years in the field. This role is ideal for someone who understands the healthcare insurance ecosystem and is passionate about transforming industry challenges into innovative, technology-driven solutions. As a Product Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build products that improve healthcare operations and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with healthcare providers, payers, clients, and cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, and design) to gather insights and validate product solutions.

• Product/feature Development: Work closely with engineering to prioritize, develop, and refine features that optimize and improve user experience.

• Market & Compliance Research: Stay up-to-date on healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and industry trends to ensure our products are compliant and competitive.

• Performance Tracking & Improvement: Analyze product metrics, conduct user research, and iterate on features to continuously enhance product performance and relevance.

Required Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or BDS) with 3+ years of experience in healthcare insurance, RCM, claims management, or a related healthcare domain.
• Proven experience in product management, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment.
• Solid understanding of healthcare insurance workflows, claims lifecycle, and payer-provider interactions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with AI-enabled or data science-driven healthcare products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
