We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional projects focused on delivering solutions to healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders. This role requires strong project management expertise, familiarity with healthcare workflows, and the ability to coordinate across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for healthcare technology solutions.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate between technical teams (software engineers, data scientists, QA) and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Oversee product implementation, testing, and client onboarding processes.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy and security standards (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Health Informatics.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or digital health.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR/EMR systems, or medical data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP vs Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
