تعلن شركة BeWunder عن فرصة عمل في الرياض لمدة تبدأ فوراً وتنتهي في نهاية مايو 2027، لوظيفة مدير إنشاءات - مستقل (ذكر/أنثى). يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح جميع الوثائق والتصاريح والتأشيرات اللازمة للعمل بشكل قانوني في المملكة العربية السعودية طوال فترة التعاقد.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- الإشراف الكامل على جميع أنشطة الإنشاءات لمشروع تركيب دائم في الرياض.
- ضمان تسليم المشروع بأمان، وفي الوقت المحدد، وضمن الميزانية، ووفق معايير الجودة المطلوبة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والمقاولين والموردين وممثلي العميل.
- قيادة الأنشطة في الموقع بدءاً من التخطيط والتجهيز، مروراً بالتركيب والعمليات المرتبطة، وحتى مرحلة إزالة التجهيزات.
- هذا الدور مؤقت ومستقل للمدة المذكورة أعلاه.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة جميع أنشطة الإنشاءات والتركيب في الموقع للمشروع المحدد.
- إعداد والإشراف على جداول الإنشاءات بما يتوافق مع الجداول الزمنية العامة للمشروع.
- تنسيق متطلبات العمالة والمعدات والمقاولين من الباطن والمواد.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأعمال وفقاً للمواصفات والرسومات الهندسية.
- مراقبة التقدم وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة للحفاظ على المعالم الرئيسية للبرنامج.
- دعم مبادرات الهندسة القيمية وتحديد أوجه الكفاءة في التسليم.
- قيادة العمليات اليومية في الموقع أثناء فترات الإنشاء والتفكيك.
- ضمان الإشراف الفعّال على المقاولين والموردين والفرق المستقلة.
- إجراء تفتيشات دورية للموقع للتحقق من معايير الجودة والامتثال.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للموقع وتقارير وتحديثات التقدم.
- إدارة لوجستيات الموقع والتحكم في الدخول والتخزين وتسلسل التركيب.
- تعزيز وإنفاذ ثقافة قوية للصحة والسلامة عبر جميع أنشطة المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح المحلية والتصاريح ومتطلبات المكان وسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالشركة.
- إجراء محادثات السلامة (Toolbox Talks) وإحاطات السلامة وتقييمات المخاطر.
- مراجعة والموافقة على طرق العمل ووثائق الإنشاءات.
- التحقيق في الحوادث والحوادث الوشيكة والمخاوف المتعلقة بالسلامة والإبلاغ عنها.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للإنشاءات مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع وفرق الإنتاج والمصممين وممثلي المكان والعميل.
- حضور اجتماعات المشروع وتقديم تحديثات تقدم الإنشاءات.
- حل المشكلات المتعلقة بالموقع بسرعة وبشكل مهني.
- مراقبة ميزانيات الإنشاءات وتكاليف العمالة المرتبطة بها.
- مراجعة أداء الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- دعم تخطيط المشتريات وتخصيص الموارد.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في إدارة الإنشاءات أو الهندسة المدنية مع تعرض لمشاريع في الشرق الأوسط.
- فهم ممتاز لمنهجيات الإنشاءات وممارسات إدارة المواقع.
- معرفة قوية بلوائح الصحة والسلامة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية ووثائق الإنشاءات.
- خبرة في إدارة المقاولين من الباطن والفرق المستقلة والعمالة.
- يفضل أن يكون المرشح مقيماً بالفعل في المملكة العربية السعودية ويتحدث العربية بطلاقة.

Your mission
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all construction activities for a permanent installation project in Riyadh. The role ensures the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and client representatives.
The Construction Manager will lead site-based activities from planning and mobilisation through installation, related operations, and demobilisation phases.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Manage all construction and site installation activities fortheassigned project.
- Develop and oversee construction schedules in line with overall project timelines.
- Coordinate labour, equipment, subcontractors, and material requirements.
- Ensure all works are delivered according to project specifications and drawings.
- Monitor progress and implement corrective actionswhererequiredtomaintainprogramme milestones.
- Support value engineering initiatives andidentifyefficiencies in delivery.
- Lead day-to-day site operations during build-up and dismantle periods.
- Ensure effective supervision of contractors, suppliers, and freelance crews.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and compliance standards.
- Maintainaccuratesite records, reports, and progress updates.
- Manage sitelogistics, access control, storage, and installation sequencing.
- Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture across all project activities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, venue requirements, and company HSE policies.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and risk assessments.
- Review and approve method statements and construction documentation.
- Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
- Act as the primary construction point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project managers, production teams, designers, venue representatives, and clients.
- Attend project meetings and provide construction progress updates.
- Resolve site-related issues quickly and professionally.
- Monitor construction-related budgets and labour costs.
- Review supplier and subcontractor performance.
- Supportprocurement planning and resource allocation.
- Support change management and variation tracking processes.
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in construction management/civil engineeringwith exposure to projectsinthe Middle East.
- Excellent understanding of construction methodologies and site management practices.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documentation.
- Experience managing subcontractors,freelanceandlabour teams.
- Ideally, you are already based in Saudi Arabia and speak fluent Arabic.
