تعلن شركة BeWunder عن توفر فرصة عمل لمدير مشتريات (عقد مستقل) في مشروعها الجديد بالرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. المدة من أكتوبر 2026 حتى نهاية يوليو 2027.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة شراء الخدمات المقاولة من الباطن والمواد والمعدات وحلول التأجير ومعدات الصوت والصورة (AV) للمشروع في الرياض.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية للمشتريات في المشروع، ودعم التخطيط وإعداد الميزانية وإدارة المخاطر.
- تطبيق استراتيجيات شراء فعالة من حيث التكلفة، وأطر عمل، واتفاقيات تجارية خاصة بالمشروع.
- بناء وصيانة وإدارة العلاقات مع الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن والمصنعين ومقدمي الخدمات في المملكة والمنطقة.
- قيادة عمليات المناقصات من البداية إلى النهاية، وتقييم الموردين، والتفاوض، وإدارة العقود لضمان أفضل قيمة والامتثال.
- الإشراف على أوامر الشراء، وأداء الموردين، وتنسيق المقاولين من الباطن، وتسليم السلع والخدمات في الوقت المحدد.
- تحديد فرص توفير التكاليف، وتخفيف مخاطر المشتريات وسلسلة التوريد، وضمان الحفاظ على معايير الجودة.
- الحفاظ على وثائق المشتريات، وإجراء التقييمات التجارية، والتنسيق مع اللوجستيات لدعم تنفيذ المشروع بنجاح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المشتريات تدعم مشاريع البناء، التشطيبات، أنظمة الصوت والصورة (AV)، المعارض، الفعاليات، أو المشاريع الجاهزة (Turnkey).
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، إدارة سلسلة التوريد، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في دعم فرق المشروع بالمشتريات في الموقع، وضمان التوريد والتسليم في الوقت المناسب للمواد والمعدات والخدمات المقاولة من الباطن.
- خبرة قوية في إدارة المقاولين من الباطن، بحث الموردين، طلبات العروض (RFQs)، المفاوضات التجارية، وإدارة العقود طوال تنفيذ المشروع.
- خبرة عملية في إنشاء وإدارة أوامر الشراء (POs) في نظام EasyJob أو أنظمة ERP/مشتريات مماثلة.
- إجراء أبحاث عن الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن، والتأهيل المسبق، وقياس الأداء السوقي لتحديد الموردين المناسبين والحلول الفعالة من حيث التكلفة.
- فهم قوي لمهن البناء، أعمال التشطيبات، أنظمة الصوت والصورة (AV)، والنطاقات المقاولة من الباطن ضمن بيئات المشاريع.
- خبرة في إدارة عمليات المناقصات، تقييم العروض، اختيار الموردين، ووثائق المشتريات مع الحفاظ على جداول المشروع وميزانياته.
- معرفة جيدة بممارسات المشتريات في المملكة العربية السعودية، وشبكات الموردين، ومتطلبات السوق المحلية. يفضل وجود علاقات قائمة مع موردين في السعودية.
- مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية قوية وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة، مع القدرة على التنسيق بفعالية مع مديري المشاريع والفرق الفنية والموردين والمقاولين من الباطن.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Your mission
As a highly skilled and commercially driven Procurement Manager, you will play an important role in supporting BeWunder newest project in Saudi Arabia. This is a temporary freelance role for the below-mentioned duration. Candidates must have all required documentation, permits and/or visas in place to legally work in Saudi Arabia for the duration of the assignment.

Duration: October 2026-end of July 2027.
- Manage procurement of subcontracted services, materials, equipment, rental solutions, and AV equipment for a project in Riyadh.
- Serve as the main procurement point of contact for the project, supporting project planning, budgeting and risk management.
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies, frameworks, and project-specific commercial agreements.
- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and service providers across KSA and the region.
- Lead end-to-end tender processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract management to ensure best value and compliance.
- Oversee purchase orders, supplier performance, subcontractor coordination, and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, mitigate procurement and supply chain risks, and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Maintain procurement documentation, conduct commercial evaluations, and coordinate with logistics to support successful project execution.
- 5+ years of procurement experience supporting construction, fit-out, AV, exhibitions, events, or turnkey project environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience providing onsite procurement support to project teams, ensuring timely sourcing and delivery of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
- Strong experience managing subcontractors, supplier sourcing, RFQs, commercial negotiations, and contract administration throughout project execution.
- Hands-on experience raising and managing POs in EasyJob or similar ERP/ procurement systems.
- Conduct supplier and subcontractor research, prequalification, and market benchmarking to identify suitable vendors and cost-effective solutions.
- Solid understanding of construction trades, fit-out works, AV systems, and subcontracted scopes within project-based environments.
- Experience managing tender processes, bid evaluations, supplier selection, and procurement documentation while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
- Good knowledge of KSA procurement practices, supplier networks, and local market requirements. Existing vendor relationships in KSA are highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, technical teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Available to work on a fixed-term contract basis and support project requirements onsite as needed.
