مهندس الخدمة الميدانية في شركة Radiometer (إحدى شركات Beckman Coulter Diagnostics) بمنطقة عسير، المملكة العربية السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق دعم العملاء لضمان التميز من خلال تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح أجهزة التحليل الخاصة بالشركة، مع تمثيل العلامة التجارية ونقل الخبرة للعملاء.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يعمل مهندس الخدمة الميدانية في Radiometer على ضمان رضا العملاء من خلال استكشاف الأعطال وتركيب الأجهزة وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية وإصلاح أجهزة التحليل. يتولى المهندس تمثيل الشركة خارجياً ويجب أن يتحلى بخبرة متقنة في منتجات وخدمات Radiometer، كما يعمل كمُثقف رئيسي لحسابات العملاء. هذه الوظيفة جزء من قسم دعم العملاء ومقرها أبها - المنطقة الجنوبية، المملكة العربية السعودية، وتتبع مدير فريق الخدمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استكشاف الأعطال المتقدم، التركيب، الصيانة الوقائية، وخدمة أجهزة التحليل للقاعدة المركبة المُسندة.
- الحفاظ على الأدوات ومعدات الاختبار وضمان معايرتها بشكل صحيح.
- إكمال مذكرات الإجراءات التنظيمية الميدانية والتحديثات الفنية خلال المواعيد المحددة، والالتزام بجميع المتطلبات التنظيمية المطبقة.
- تركيب الأجهزة وإجراء تدريب المستخدمين للعملاء حسب الحاجة.
- إدارة دورة قطع الغيار وطلبها بدقة تسجيل القطع المستخدمة في مهام الخدمة.
- الالتزام بلوائح الشركة وإرشاداتها وسياساتها ومتطلبات الامتثال.
- ترقية نظام التشغيل والحفاظ على الأجهزة متوافقة مع الأمن السيبراني.
- استكشاف أعطال تكنولوجيا المعلومات الأساسي للأجهزة التي تعمل بنظام Windows 7/10/11.
- إضافة/تعديل عناوين IP على الأجهزة والتأكد من الاتصال بالنظام الوسيط (Middleware) أو نظام معلومات المختبر (LIS) أو نظام معلومات المستشفى (HIS) أو السجل الصحي الإلكتروني (EMR).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة جامعية في الهندسة الطبية الحيوية، الهندسة الميكانيكية/الكهروميكانيكية، الهندسة الإلكترونية، أو مؤهل معادل.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة كمهندس خدمة ميدانية في قطاع الرعاية الصحية مع أجهزة طبية وأجهزة نقطة الرعاية (POC) وأجهزة التشخيص، مع خبرة متخصصة في استكشاف الأعطال، إعداد الشبكات/الاتصال، ترقيات أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، الأوامر الأساسية، اختبار اتصال الأجهزة مع النظم الوسيطة أو أنظمة معلومات المختبر/المستشفى/السجل الصحي الإلكتروني.
- مهارات تحليلية وشخصية وتواصلية ممتازة مع القدرة على شرح المشكلات التقنية المعقدة بطريقة سهلة الفهم.
المهارات المطلوبة
- العمل مع قواعد بيانات SQL، Java، Mirth.
- العمل مع أدوات Microsoft Office ونظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM).

The FSE is an external representative of Radiometer and must convey a keen sense of expertise in Radiometer products, services and capabilities and serve as a key educator to our customer business accounts.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Advanced troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and servicing of analyzers for the assigned installed base. Maintain tools and test equipment to ensure they are properly calibrated.
- Complete assigned Regulatory Field Action Notes and Technical updates within the specified due dates and meet all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Install our analyzers and conduct customer user training as required.
- Order and manage spare parts cycle time by accurately recording spare parts used on service jobs.
- Comply with company regulations, guidelines, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Upgrading Operating system and keeping devices cybersecurity compliant
- Basic IT troubleshooting for devices with Windows 7/10/11
- Adding/editing IP addresses on the devices and confirming connection to Middleware or LIS\HIS\EMR
- University graduation in biomedical engineering, mechanical/electromechanical engineering, electronic engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a field service engineer in healthcare industry in Medical & POC devices/Diagnostic equipment, expert in troubleshooting, Networking/connectivity setup and IT system upgrades, basic command prompts command, connectivity testing of devices with middleware or LIS\HIS\EMR.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Working with SQL database, Java, Mirth.
- Working with Microsoft Office Tools & CRM.
