شركة Beckman Coulter Diagnostics تعلن عن وظيفة منسق شحن (محلل I) • لوجستيات في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تخطيط وجدولة ومراقبة جميع الشحنات الواردة (جواً، بحراً، وشحن سريع) لضمان الوصول في الوقت المحدد.
  • التنسيق مع الموردين لتأكيد تواريخ التحميل، ومستندات الشحن، والامتثال لأدلة التوجيه.
  • تتبع الشحنات أثناء النقل، وتحديد التأخيرات بشكل استباقي وتنفيذ خطط التعافي.
  • إدارة مستندات الاستيراد/التصدير (مثل سندات الشحن، الفواتير التجارية، قوائم التعبئة، شهادات المنشأ).
  • العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية للموردين فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ العمليات اللوجستية.
  • تقييم أداء الناقلين (دقة التحميل/التسليم في الوقت المحدد، معدلات التلف، دقة الفوترة) وتقديم الملاحظات.
  • حل التناقضات في الشحنات أو الأضرار أو النقص مع الناقلين والموردين.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المستودعات بشأن جدولة الرصيف، وسعة الاستلام، وأولوية التفريغ.
  • ضمان امتثال جميع الشحنات الواردة للوائح التجارة الدولية (الجمارك، التعريفات، فحص الأطراف المحظورة).
  • العمل مع وسطاء الجمارك لتصنيف المنتجات (رموز النظام المنسق) وتخليص الشحنات بكفاءة.
  • تحليل الإنفاق على الشحن، وتحديد فرص توفير التكاليف (مثل التجميع، تغيير وسيلة النقل)، وإعداد تقارير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
  • إدارة المطالبات المتعلقة بالشحنات المفقودة أو التالفة.
  • تحديد وتنفيذ تحسينات العمليات لتقليل المهلة الزمنية وخفض التكاليف وزيادة الشفافية.
  • المشاركة في تحليل الأسباب الجذرية للمشكلات اللوجستية المتكررة.
  • مواكبة أحدث التقنيات اللوجستية واللوائح واتجاهات السوق.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد، اللوجستيات، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة (أو خبرة عمل معادلة).
  • خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في اللوجستيات، الشحن، أو عمليات سلسلة التوريد مع تركيز على الحركات الواردة.
  • خبرة في الشحن الدولي (استيراد/تصدير) والشحن المحلي (LTL/FTL).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان أنظمة ERP/WMS وبرنامج Microsoft Excel (الجداول المحورية، VLOOKUP، تحليل البيانات).
  • معرفة عملية بشروط التجارة الدولية Incoterms 2020، مستندات الجمارك، ولوائح المواد الخطرة (hazmat) (مستحسن).
  • مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات تحت ضغط الوقت.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة (كتابية وشفهية) للتفاعل متعدد الوظائف ومع الموردين.
  • اهتمام عالٍ بالتفاصيل وقدرة تنظيمية.

Key Responsibilities

Shipment Coordination & Tracking

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor all inbound shipments (air, ocean & courier) to ensure timely arrival.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm pickup dates, shipping documents, and compliance with routing guides.
  • Track shipments in transit, proactively identifying delays and implementing recovery plans.
  • Manage import/export documentation (e.g., bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).

Supplier & Carrier Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding logistics execution.
  • Evaluate carrier performance (on-time pickup/delivery, damage rates, invoicing accuracy) and provide feedback.
  • Resolve shipment discrepancies, damages, or short shipments with carriers and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams on dock scheduling, receiving capacity, and priority unloading.

Compliance & Cost Optimization

  • Ensure all inbound shipments comply with international trade regulations (customs, tariffs, denied party screening).
  • Work with customs brokers to classify products (HS codes) and clear shipments efficiently.
  • Analyze freight spend, identify cost-saving opportunities (e.g., consolidation, mode shifting), and report KPIs.
  • Manage claims for lost or damaged freight.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce lead times, lower costs, and increase visibility.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for recurring logistics issues.
  • Stay current on logistics technology, regulations, and market trends.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations, specifically focused on inbound movements.
  • Experience with international shipping (import/export) and domestic LTL/FTL.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
  • Working knowledge of Incoterms 2020, customs documentation, and hazardous materials (hazmat) regulations is desirable.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making under time pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-functional and supplier-facing interactions.
  • High attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
