About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Research Scientist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, conducting, and analyzing experiments related to the development of new biopharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, biochemistry, or related fields, with experience in laboratory research and product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety, efficacy, and compliance. Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline; a Master’s or Ph.D. degree is preferred. Proven experience in pharmaceutical research, laboratory techniques, and data analysis is essential. Strong knowledge of current biopharmaceutical regulations and quality standards is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are critical. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with laboratory software and data management tools is also desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute experimental protocols for the discovery and optimization of biopharmaceutical candidates.

Analyze experimental data and prepare detailed reports to communicate findings to internal teams and regulatory bodies.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design product development strategies and troubleshoot technical issues.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies during all research activities.

Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records, including experimental procedures, results, and observations.

Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements and incorporate innovative techniques into research projects.

Assist in the preparation of research proposals, scientific publications, and presentations for conferences.

Support quality assurance processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the R&D department.
