المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وإنتاج محتوى بصري عالي الجودة، بما في ذلك الصور الفوتوغرافية ومقاطع الفيديو والقصص متعددة الوسائط، بما يتوافق مع مهمة المنظمة وأهدافها الاستراتيجية.
- التعاون مع الباحثين والكتّاب وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين لتصوّر أفكار القصص والمناهج البصرية.
- إدارة جميع جوانب عملية الإنتاج، بما في ذلك التخطيط والتصوير والتحرير وسير عمل ما بعد الإنتاج.

- دعم جهود المنظمة في بناء القدرات من خلال توجيه أعضاء الفريق المبتدئين أو المتدربين عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التصوير الفوتوغرافي أو فنون الوسائط المتعددة أو الاتصال البصري أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في رواية القصص البصرية أو التصوير الفوتوغرافي أو صناعة الفيديو أو إنتاج الوسائط المتعددة.
- إتقان استخدام Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) أو أدوات تحرير مكافئة.
- محفظة أعمال قوية تعرض مجموعة من المشاريع البصرية، بما في ذلك المحتوى الوثائقي والبورتريه والمحتوى متعدد الوسائط.
- مهارات ممتازة في سرد القصص مع القدرة على صياغة روايات مقنعة من خلال العناصر البصرية.
- القدرة على العمل تحت ضغط المواعيد النهائية وإدارة مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
