We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Guest Experience Expert (At Your Service Agent) to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott Jeddah Al Salam.

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our guests, ensuring their requests, questions, and concerns are handled efficiently and professionally while creating a memorable hospitality experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer, record, and process guest requests, questions, and concerns through telephone, email, chat, and other communication channels.

• Operate the hotel telephone system and connect calls to the appropriate departments or extensions.

• Receive and accurately relay guest messages and requests.

• Log guest requests and service issues in the hotel system and coordinate with relevant departments such as Housekeeping, Bell Services, Engineering, and Front Office.

• Follow up with guests to ensure requests have been completed to their satisfaction.

• Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, room features, services, and local attractions.

• Assist guests with internet access, in-room entertainment, and other hotel services when required.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with professional and personalized service.

• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team in delivering Marriott service standards.

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional telephone etiquette.

• Ability to handle multiple guest requests while maintaining attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and strong passion for guest service.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
