We are seeking a highly qualified Safety Manager with 10+ years of proven experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management within major construction and contracting projects in Saudi Arabia to lead our corporate safety compliance and site safety strategies in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

HSE Policy Implementation: Oversee, update, and enforce corporate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across all construction sites and facilities.

Risk Assessment and Auditing: Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Incident Investigation and Reporting: Lead investigations of job-site accidents or near-misses, formulate corrective action plans, and prepare comprehensive compliance reports.

Safety Training and Culture: Develop and conduct mandatory safety orientation, toolbox talks, and emergency response training for site staff and contractors.

Qualifications

Minimum 10+ years of HSE experience in large-scale construction or industrial contracting projects in Saudi Arabia.

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.

Certified NEBOSH IGC or OSHA Diploma (NEBOSH Diploma/CSP preferred).

In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, Civil Defense standards, and international HSE regulations.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Valid Saudi Driving License.
