تابي تبحث عن أخصائي عمليات إيرادات للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. سيتولى هذا الدور إدارة العلاقة التقنية والتشغيلية مع التجار والشركاء في النظام البيئي لتابي.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن أخصائي عمليات تجارية متمرس ليكون المسؤول عن العلاقة التقنية والتشغيلية بين تابي ومنظومة التجار والشركاء في المملكة العربية السعودية. يقع هذا الدور في قلب المحرك متعدد الوظائف - حيث يعمل مع فرق المخاطر والتكامل وتطوير الأعمال وإدارة الحسابات لضمان إعداد التجار بشكل صحيح منذ اليوم الأول وتقديم تجربة دفع سلسة عبر كل نقطة اتصال. سيقود عملية الإعداد التقني والتسليم، والتنسيق التشغيلي، وتنفيذ إطلاق المنتجات، وسيكون الشخص القادر على الجلوس مع فريق الهندسة والفريق التجاري لدى التاجر وتحريك المحادثة إلى الأمام. يشترط أن يكون مرتاحًا مع تدفقات الدفع وواجهات API وعمليات التكامل، وأيضًا قادرًا على ترجمتها إلى لغة أعمال واضحة. إذا كنت تستمتع بحل المشكلات التشغيلية والتقنية على نطاق واسع، وتملك العمليات من البداية إلى النهاية، وتكون الجسر الموثوق بين أصحاب المصلحة التقنيين والتجاريين - فهذه الوظيفة لك.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كحلقة وصل تشغيلية وتقنية أساسية بين تابي والتجار الشركاء، بالتنسيق الوثيق مع فرق داخلية متعددة مثل المنتج والمخاطر والتكامل وتطوير الأعمال.
- إدارة الإعداد التقني للتجار والشركاء من البداية إلى النهاية - التوثيق، تنسيق الاختبار، تتبع التقدم والتفعيل في الوقت المحدد، مع التركيز الكبير على إنشاء العمليات.
- إدارة سير عمل تمكين بيانات التجار، وضمان التقاط البيانات المطلوبة والتحقق من صحتها ومواءمتها مع متطلبات المخاطر والاكتتاب.
- قيادة مفاوضات المتطلبات التقنية مع التجار - التأكد من فهمهم لمتطلبات وبروتوكولات تابي مع الحفاظ على الهدف التجاري على المسار الصحيح.
- دفع التوافق متعدد الوظائف حول إطلاق المنتجات: إعداد المواد الموجهة للتجار، دعم خطط الذهاب إلى السوق وضمان التنفيذ السلس عبر الفرق.
- تحليل أداء التجار وصحة التكامل، وتحديد الفجوات التشغيلية واقتراح التحسينات.
- امتلاك وتحسين إجراءات التشغيل القياسية الداخلية والتوثيق لجعل الإعداد والتكامل ونجاح الشركاء قابلاً للتطوير وموحدًا.
- دعم فريق تطوير الأعمال خلال المناقشات التقنية مع التجار، وضمان أن الالتزامات التي تم قطعها خلال دورة المبيعات قابلة للتنفيذ فعليًا من حيث المنتج والمخاطر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في إدارة الحسابات التقنية أو نجاح الشركاء/التجار أو تقديم الحلول في مجال التكنولوجيا المالية/المدفوعات، أو عمليات الدفع، أو تكامل التجارة الإلكترونية، أو إدارة البرامج التقنية، أو دور مشابه ذي صلة.
- أساس تقني - إما شهادة تقنية (علوم حاسوب، هندسة برمجيات، نظم معلومات) أو خلفية تقنية عملية قوية جدًا مثبتة في مجال المدفوعات/التكامل.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم حقيقي وقابل للإثبات لتدفقات الدفع، وواجهات API، وwebhooks، وتكاملات الدفع/الإضافات.
- إجادة قوية للغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثًا.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة متعددة الوظائف - القدرة على ترجمة المفاهيم التقنية إلى خطوات قابلة للتنفيذ لغير التقنيين والعكس.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية، وتوثيق، وبناء العمليات.

Department: Business Development
Location: KSA
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Operations Specialist to own the technical and operational relationship between Tabby and our merchant and channel-partner ecosystem in KSA.
This role sits at the center of our cross-functional engine - working across Risk, Integrations, BD and Account management to make sure merchants are set up correctly from day one and deliver a seamless payment experience across every touchpoint.
You'll lead technical onboarding and delivery, operational coordination and product rollout execution, and you'll be the person who can sit in a room with both a merchant's engineering team and their commercial team and move the conversation forward. You are comfortable with payment flows, APIs and integrations, and equally comfortable translating them into plain business language.
If you enjoy solving operational and technical problems at scale, owning processes end-to-end, and being the trusted bridge between technical and business stakeholders - this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational and technical liaison between Tabby and partner merchants, coordinating closely with multiple internal teams like Product, Risk, Integrations and business development team.
- Own merchant and channel-partner technical onboarding end-to-end - documentation, testing coordination, progress tracking and timely activation, big focus on creating processes.
- Manage merchant data-enablement workflows, ensuring required data is captured, validated and aligned with risk and underwriting requirements.
- Lead technical-requirement negotiations with merchants - making sure they understand Tabby's requirements and protocols, while keeping the commercial objective on track.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on product rollouts: prepare merchant-facing materials, support GTM plans and ensure clean execution across teams.
- Analyze merchant performance and integration health, spot operational gaps and propose improvements.
- Own and improve internal SOPs and documentation so onboarding, integration and partner success are scalable and standardized.
- Support BD during technical discussions with merchants, ensuring commitments made in the sales cycle are actually deliverable against product and risk.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Technical Account Management or Partner/Merchant Success or Solutions Delivery in Fintech/Payments Operations, Payments, E-commerce integrations, Technical Program Management, or a directly comparable yet relevant role.
- A technical foundation - either a technical degree (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems) or a very strong demonstrable hands-on technical background in payments/integrations.
- Genuine, demonstrable understanding of payment flows, APIs, webhooks and checkout/plugin integrations.
- Strong written and spoken English and Arabic.
Excellent cross-functional communication - able to translate technical concepts into actionable steps for non-technical people, and vice versa. - Strong analytical, documentation and process-building skills.
