Summary:
As a Manager Powerplant Genx, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency of the powerplant, specifically focusing on GE Genx engines. You will lead a team to ensure the proper maintenance, repair, and performance of the engines to meet the operational needs of the organization.

Job Responsibility:
- Managing and coordinating the daily operations of the powerplant, with a primary focus on GE Genx engines
- Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and operational procedures
- Overseeing maintenance schedules and coordinating repairs as needed
- Monitoring performance metrics and implementing improvement initiatives
- Leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure efficient and effective operation of the powerplant

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably working with GE Genx engines
- Strong knowledge of powerplant operations and maintenance best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to drive decision-making
- Certification in relevant areas such as powerplant operations or maintenance
