Summary:
As a Senior Specialist in the Maintenance Control Center, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities for an organization's fleet of vehicles, aircraft, or other equipment. You will ensure that maintenance tasks are efficiently planned and executed to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.

Job Responsibility:
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Monitor maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on maintenance activities and progress.
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and recommend solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance control center operations.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance procedures and operations
- Proficiency in using maintenance software systems to track and manage aircraft maintenance activities
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide efficient solutions
