المهام والمسؤوليات
- تركيب وفحص وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) لضمان تشغيل آمن وفعال في جميع أنحاء المنشأة.
- تشخيص المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية والاستجابة لطلبات الخدمة في الوقت المناسب.
- العمل مع مكونات السباكة والكهرباء المرتبطة بأنظمة التكييف.
- مراقبة أداء النظام وتوثيق أنشطة الصيانة.
- التعاون مع فريق الصيانة والمرافق لدعم سير العمل والامتثال للوائح السلامة والبيئة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عملية في أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) بما في ذلك الصيانة الوقائية.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الأدلة الفنية والمخططات وأوامر العمل.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق متنوع.
- القدرة البدنية على أداء العمل اليدوي بما في ذلك الرفع والتسلق والعمل في مساحات ضيقة.
- دبلوم فني أو شهادة تدريب مهني أو تدريب مهني في HVAC أو مجال ذي صلة.
