Carrier، الشركة الرائدة عالميًا في حلول المناخ والطاقة الذكية، تبحث عن فني تكييف وهواء (HVAC Technician) سعودي الجنسية للعمل في مكة وجدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى الفني مهام الصيانة، التشخيص، الإصلاح، وتركيب أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء التجارية، لضمان موثوقية المعدات وكفاءتها التشغيلية وسلامتها ورضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية على أنظمة التكييف والهواء التجارية والمعدات المرتبطة بها.
- تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية وإصلاحها.
- إصلاح واستبدال وتركيب مكونات وأجهزة التكييف والهواء.
- فحص ومراقبة أداء النظام لضمان التشغيل الفعال.
- صيانة عناصر التحكم في التكييف، والمحركات، والملفات، والضواغط، والمكونات ذات الصلة.
- إكمال تقارير الخدمة وسجلات الصيانة بدقة.
- اتباع إجراءات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة والمتطلبات التنظيمية المطبقة.
- التنسيق مع العملاء وأعضاء الفريق لتقديم خدمة فعالة.
- تحديد مشكلات المعدات المحتملة والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ يفضل شهادة فنية في التكييف والتبريد.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال خدمة وصيانة أنظمة التكييف والهواء.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول كما هو مطلوب للوظيفة.
- الشهادات والتراخيص الفنية ذات الصلة حسب الأصول.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بأنظمة التكييف والهواء التجارية والدوائر الكهربائية وأجهزة التحكم.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتشخيص.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة والجودة في مكان العمل.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Repair, replace, and install HVAC components and equipment.
- Inspect and monitor system performance to ensure efficient operation.
- Maintain HVAC controls, motors, coils, compressors, and related components.
- Complete service reports and maintenance records accurately.
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with customers and team members to deliver effective service.
- Identify potential equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Saudi national.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical HVAC qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HVAC service and maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, electrical circuits, and controls.
- Valid driver's license, as required for the position.
- Relevant technical certifications and licenses, where applicable.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
