تعلن شركة Carrier عن توفر وظيفة Senior Chiller Technician في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- أداء الصيانة الوقائية المجدولة، واستكشاف الأعطال، وإصلاح، وعمرة أجهزة التبريد (Chillers) ومعدات التكييف المرتبطة بها وفقاً لإرشادات الشركة المصنعة ومعايير الصناعة.
- فحص أنظمة التكييف والتبريد، وتشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية، والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
- صيانة وضبط وإصلاح أنظمة التحكم الكهربائية والإلكترونية، والمحركات، والمضخات، والمراوح، والملفات، والأحزمة، والمكونات الأخرى للمعدات.
- إصلاح أو استبدال الأجزاء التالفة وضمان تشغيل المعدات بكفاءة وموثوقية.
- إجراء معاينات ميدانية وإعداد تقارير فنية تغطي ظروف الموقع، ونطاق العمل، والنتائج، والتوصيات.
- تقدير ساعات العمل والمواد والأدوات اللازمة لإنجاز المهام المسندة.
- إكمال بطاقات العمل، وشهادات إتمام الخدمة، وسجلات الوقت اليومية، وسجلات الصيانة، واستمارات مسح السلامة والصحة البيئية (EH&S) بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- التواصل مع العملاء بخصوص طبيعة العمل وتقدم العمل والقضايا العالقة والإجراءات التصحيحية أو التحسينات الموصى بها.
- إنجاز المهام ضمن الأطر الزمنية المتفق عليها مع الحفاظ على جودة الخدمة ورضا العملاء ونظافة الموقع نظيفاً ومنظماً.
- تحديد المخاطر المحتملة للسلامة وتنفيذ إجراءات السيطرة المناسبة قبل وأثناء العمل.
- تثبيت وتجهيز الرافعات ومعدات الرفع بأمان للتعامل مع الآلات الثقيلة بما في ذلك الشيلرات والمضخات وفقاً للإجراءات المعتمدة.
- إدارة وصيانة الأدوات والمعدات بما في ذلك الجمع والتوصيل والاستخدام السليم والتحكم في المخزون عند الاقتضاء.
- اتباع عمليات الشركة ومعايير إدارة الجودة وإجراءات السلامة والصحة البيئية ومتطلبات الشركة المصنعة السارية.
- رفع القضايا الفنية ومخاوف السلامة ومتطلبات الموارد إلى المشرف أو المدير عند الضرورة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو مؤهل معادل في تكييف والتبريد أو مجال فني ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات خبرة في خدمة وصيانة واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح أنظمة التكييف.
- خبرة عملية في صيانة وخدمة أنظمة الشيلرات (Chillers) ضرورية.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول ميزة إضافية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم جيد لممارسات صيانة وإصلاح معدات التكييف وفقاً لمعايير الصناعة وإرشادات الشركة المصنعة.
- معرفة عملية بأنظمة DX ومعدات الهواء الجانبي والشيلرات الترددية واللولبية والحلزونية (reciprocating, screw, scroll chillers).
- معرفة استكشاف الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية، وأجهزة التحكم، وأنظمة أتمتة المباني الأساسية.
- فهم متطلبات السلامة والصحة البيئية (EH&S)، وممارسات العمل الآمن، وتحديد المخاطر، وتقييم المخاطر، وصحائف بيانات سلامة المواد (MSDS/SDS).

Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of chillers and associated HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.
- Inspect air-conditioning and chiller systems, diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain, adjust, and repair electrical and electronic control systems, motors, pumps, blowers, coils, belts, and other equipment components.
- Repair or replace damaged parts and ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports covering site conditions, scope of work, findings, and recommendations.
- Estimate labor hours, materials, and tools required to complete assigned jobs.
- Complete job cards, job completion certificates, daily timesheets, maintenance records, and EH&S site survey documentation accurately and on time.
- Communicate with customers regarding the nature and progress of work, outstanding issues, and recommended corrective actions or improvements.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines while maintaining service quality, customer satisfaction, and a clean and organized worksite.
- Identify potential safety risks and implement appropriate control measures before and during work activities.
- Safely rig and set up gantries and lifting equipment for handling heavy machinery, including chillers and pumps, in accordance with approved procedures.
- Manage and maintain tools and equipment, including collection, delivery, proper use, and inventory control where applicable.
- Follow company processes, quality management standards, EH&S procedures, and applicable manufacturer requirements.
- Escalate technical issues, safety concerns, and resource requirements to the Supervisor or Manager when necessary.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Attend technical training sessions, EH&S meetings, and other assigned training programs.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or a related technical field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in HVAC service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Hands-on experience servicing and maintaining chiller systems is essential.
- A valid driving license is an advantage.
- Good understanding of HVAC equipment maintenance and repair practices in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Practical knowledge of DX systems, airside equipment, and reciprocating, screw, and scroll chillers.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, equipment controls, and basic building automation systems.
- Understanding of EH&S requirements, safe work practices, hazard identification, risk assessment, and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS).
- Ability to use and manage tools and equipment appropriately.
- Knowledge of inspection procedures, technical reporting, maintenance documentation, and quality management practices.
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal work, electrical systems, carpentry, and building automation controls.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using mobile applications for work orders, service reports, and other operational tasks.
- Good English communication skills, including speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
