شركة Carrier، الرائدة عالميًا في حلول التبريد والتدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) والأنظمة الآمنة والمستدامة، تبحث عن فني تشيلر أول للعمل في منطقتي مكة وجدة بالمملكة العربية السعودية. سيتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية تركيب وتشغيل وصيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التشييلر التجارية والصناعية والمعدات المرتبطة بها، مع ضمان أعلى معايير السلامة والجودة ورضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء الفحص والصيانة الوقائية وإصلاح الأعطال لأنظمة التشييلر التجارية والصناعية ومعدات HVAC المرتبطة بها.
- تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتبريدية وأعطال أنظمة التحكم وتحديد الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
- تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الدورية للحفاظ على موثوقية المعدات وكفاءتها وأدائها.
- صيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التشييلر، أنظمة المياه المبردة، المضخات، أبراج التبريد، والمعدات المرتبطة بها.
- فحص ضغوط التشغيل، درجات الحرارة، دوائر التبريد، أنظمة المياه المبردة، وغيرها من المتغيرات التشغيلية الهامة باستخدام أجهزة قياس مناسبة.
- كشف تسربات المبردات وإجراء عمليات استرجاع المبردات، التفريغ، الشحن، والأنشطة المرتبطة بها وفقًا للوائح والإجراءات المعمول بها.
- فحص واختبار وصيانة الضواغط، المحركات، المضخات، الصمامات، المبادلات الحرارية، أنظمة المكثف والمبخر، عناصر التحكم وأجهزة السلامة.
- إصلاح أعطال الدوائر الكهربائية، عناصر التحكم الإلكترونية، المستشعرات، المشغلات، محركات التردد المتغير، وغيرها من مكونات التحكم في أنظمة التشييلر.
- ضبط أنظمة التحكم في HVAC ودعم تشغيل أنظمة الأتمتة والتحكم في المباني عند الحاجة.
- تنفيذ بدء التشغيل، الإيقاف، التشغيل التجريبي، الاختبار، وفحوصات الأداء عند الطلب.
- تحليل ظروف تشغيل المعدات والتوصية بإجراءات تصحيحية لتحسين موثوقية النظام وكفاءة الطاقة.
- استبدال أو إصلاح المكونات التالفة وضمان عودة المعدات إلى حالة تشغيل آمنة وموثوقة.
- الحفاظ على تقارير خدمة دقيقة، سجلات صيانة، قراءات المعدات، والوثائق وفقًا لمتطلبات الشركة واللوائح.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والدعم للفنيين المبتدئين والموظفين الميدانيين الآخرين عند الحاجة.
- التواصل بفعالية مع العملاء، ممثلي الموقع، المشرفين، وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين بخصوص حالة المعدات، متطلبات الخدمة، والحلول الموصى بها.
- تحديد المخاطر والمخاطر المحتملة المرتبطة بأنشطة العمل واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة للتخفيف منها.
- اتباع جميع سياسات السلامة الخاصة بشركة Carrier والإجراءات واللوائح المحلية المطبقة.
- المحافظة على واستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية المطلوبة، الأدوات، والمعدات المملوكة للشركة.
- المشاركة في نوبات الطوارئ أو الخدمة العاجلة حسب متطلبات العمل.
- أداء المهام والمسؤوليات الإضافية الموكلة إليه.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة.
- يفضل الحصول على دبلوم فني أو مؤهل مهني أو شهادة في HVAC، التبريد، الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5-7 سنوات في مجال HVAC والتشييلر.
- خبرة عملية قوية في أنظمة التشييلر التجارية أو الصناعية.
- خبرة في إصلاح الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والتبريدية وأعطال أنظمة التحكم.
- رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول عند اشتراط الدور واللوائح المحلية ذلك.
- شهادة أو ترخيص معالجة مبردات ساري المفعول وفقًا للوائح المحلية.
- شهادة أو ترخيص كهربائي/ HVAC ساري المفعول وفقًا للوائح المحلية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل، ترتيب أولويات أنشطة الخدمة، واتخاذ قرارات فنية سليمة ميدانيًا.
- القدرة على العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق وتقديم الدعم الفني للفنيين الأقل خبرة.
- القدرة على رفع وسحب ودفع المعدات والمواد حسب متطلبات الدور.
- الاستعداد للعمل بساعات مرنة، بما في ذلك العمل الإضافي، الاستدعاءات الطارئة، أو نوبات المناوبة عند الحاجة.
- الامتثال لجميع سياسات السلامة والإجراءات البيئية لشركة Carrier.
- اتباع اللوائح المحلية والوطنية والصناعية المطبقة.
- تحديد وتخفيف المخاطر في مكان العمل قبل وأثناء أنشطة الخدمة.

المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة HVAC والتبريد التجارية والصناعية.
- معرفة أنظمة التشييلر المبردة بالهواء و/أو المياه.
- معرفة أنظمة المياه المبردة ومياه المكثف.
- معرفة ضواغط التشييلر، المبخرات، المكثفات، أجهزة التمدد، المضخات، والمكونات المرتبطة بها.
- فهم مبادئ التبريد، دوائر التبريد، وإجراءات استرجاع المبردات.
- معرفة الدوائر الكهربائية، المحركات، المشغلات، الملامسات، المرحلات، ومحركات التردد المتغير.
- معرفة عناصر التحكم الإلكترونية، المستشعرات، أجهزة السلامة، وأنظمة التحكم في HVAC.
- معرفة أنظمة الأتمتة والتحكم في المباني.
- الإلمام بممارسات الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية.

About This Role

Essential Responsibilities
- Perform inspection, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of commercial and industrial chiller systems and associated HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and control-system faults and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance activities to maintain equipment reliability, efficiency and performance.
- Service and maintain chillers, chilled-water systems, pumps, cooling towers and associated HVAC equipment.
- Inspect operating pressures, temperatures, refrigerant circuits, chilled-water systems and other critical operating parameters using appropriate test instruments.
- Identify refrigerant leaks and perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, charging and related service activities in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
- Inspect, test and maintain compressors, motors, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, condenser and evaporator systems, controls and safety devices.
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits, electronic controls, sensors, starters, variable-frequency drives and other control components associated with chiller systems.
- Diagnose and adjust HVAC control systems and support the operation of building automation and control systems where applicable.
- Perform system start-up, shutdown, commissioning, testing and performance checks as required.
- Analyze equipment operating conditions and recommend corrective actions to improve system reliability and energy efficiency.
- Replace or repair defective components and ensure equipment is returned to safe and reliable operating condition.
- Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, equipment readings and documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians and other field personnel when required.
- Communicate effectively with customers, site representatives, supervisors and other stakeholders regarding equipment condition, service requirements and recommended solutions.
- Identify potential risks and hazards associated with work activities and take appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Follow all Carrier safety policies, procedures and applicable local regulations.
- Maintain and use required personal protective equipment (PPE), tools and company-issued equipment.
- Participate in on-call or emergency service rotations as required by the business.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical diploma, vocational qualification or certification in HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant HVAC/chiller experience required.
- Strong hands-on experience with commercial or industrial chiller systems.
- Experience with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and control-system faults.
- Valid driver's license where required by the role and local regulations.
- Relevant refrigerant handling certification/license, where required by local regulations.
- Relevant electrical/HVAC certification or license, where required by local regulations.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize service activities and make sound technical decisions in the field.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and provide technical support to less-experienced technicians.
- Ability to lift, push and pull equipment and materials as required for the role.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, emergency call-outs or on-call rotations where required.
Strong knowledge of:
- Commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Air-cooled and/or water-cooled chiller systems.
- Chilled-water and condenser-water systems.
- Chiller compressors, evaporators, condensers, expansion devices, pumps and associated components.
- Refrigeration principles, refrigerant circuits and refrigerant recovery procedures.
- Electrical circuits, motors, starters, contactors, relays and variable-frequency drives.
- Electronic controls, sensors, safety devices and HVAC control systems.
- Building automation and management systems.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- HVAC diagnostic tools, electrical test instruments and refrigeration service equipment.
- HVAC safety procedures, refrigerant handling requirements and applicable regulatory standards.
- Safe handling and use of chemicals, refrigerants and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Technical documentation, service reports and maintenance records.
