Role Description The Diesel Mechanic role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam. The Diesel Mechanic will inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel generators, heavy equipment, and heavy-duty vehicles, including engines, fuel systems, electrical systems, and related components. Responsibilities include performing scheduled and preventive maintenance, conducting mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and responding to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. The role involves using diagnostic tools, maintaining service records, supporting spare parts identification, and following safety and quality standards in the workshop and field. The Diesel Mechanic will collaborate with supervisors and technicians to prioritize work orders and support reliable equipment operation for clients.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Diesel Mechanics and equipment diagnostics for generators, trucks, and heavy machinery.
• Candidates should possess skills in Vehicle Maintenance for heavy-duty trucks and fleet equipment.
• Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance for industrial, construction, and pump systems.
• Candidates should possess skills in Heavy Equipment service, inspection, and repair.
• Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance planning, execution, and documentation.
• Relevant technical diploma or certification in diesel mechanics, automotive technology, or heavy equipment maintenance.
• Experience working with industrial generators, pumps, and heavy vehicles in workshop or field environments.
• Ability to read technical manuals and service bulletins, and use diagnostic tools and measuring instruments.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality work, and adherence to maintenance procedures and company policies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and with clients.
