نبحث عن فني تكييف سعودي الجنسية يتمتع بمهارات فنية عالية وتركيز على خدمة العملاء، للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن فحص وصيانة وقائية واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاح وخدمة معدات التكييف وفقاً لممارسات الصناعة وإرشادات الشركة المصنعة ومعايير الشركة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ أنشطة الخدمة والصيانة والفحص واستكشاف الأعطال والإصلاح المخصصة لمعدات التكييف وفقاً للإجراءات القياسية.
- حضور وإكمال المهام الموكلة ضمن الإطار الزمني المطلوب مع الحفاظ على معايير عالية من الجودة ورضا العملاء.
- أداء المهام اليومية والحفاظ على دقة سجلات الوقت وبطاقات العمل وسجلات الخدمة.
- فحص وحدات التكييف وتشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية، وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة للإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية المجدولة والحفاظ على سجلات صيانة دقيقة.
- إصلاح واستبدال وضبط وصيانة مكونات وأجزاء التكييف التالفة أو المعطوبة.
- ضبط وصيانة أنظمة التحكم الكهربائية والإلكترونية، بما في ذلك فحص المحركات والأحزمة والمراوح والملفات والمكونات ذات الصلة.
- إعداد تقارير الفحص التي تغطي ظروف الموقع ونطاق العمل والنتائج والتوصيات الفنية.
- إكمال شهادات إنجاز العمل وبطاقات العمل ومسوحات موقع الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وتقارير الفحص والوثائق المطلوبة الأخرى.
- تقدير ساعات العمل والأدوات والمعدات والمواد المطلوبة للعمل المخصص.
- التواصل مع العملاء بخصوص تقدم العمل والمشكلات المعلقة والتوصيات.
- التأكد من ترك مناطق العمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة بعد الانتهاء.
- تحديد مخاطر السلامة وتنفيذ الضوابط المناسبة قبل وأثناء أنشطة العمل.
- اتباع جميع سياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وممارسات العمل الآمنة.
- رفع المشكلات الفنية أو السلامة أو التشغيلية إلى المشرف أو المدير عند الحاجة.
- تجهيز ورفع وتركيب الرافعات وترتيبات الرفع لمعدات التكييف والمضخات والمبردات وغيرها من المعدات الثقيلة حسب الحاجة.
- تنظيم وإدارة الآلات والأدوات واستلام/تسليم المعدات واستخدامها والمخزون حسب الاقتضاء.
- استخدام أجهزة الكمبيوتر والأجهزة المحمولة والتطبيقات ذات الصلة لأعمال الأنشطة وإعداد التقارير.
- العمل بشكل مستقل عند الحاجة والتعاون بفعالية مع الزملاء كجزء من فريق متكامل.
- حضور والمشاركة بنشاط في جلسات واجتماعات التدريب الفني والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- أداء واجبات ومسؤوليات أخرى يكلف بها من الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية.
- دبلوم أو مؤهل معادل في تكييف الهواء والتبريد أو HVAC أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات في مجال HVAC أو الميدان.
- رخصة قيادة سعودية سارية المفعول (ميزة إضافية).
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية جيدة.
- موجه نحو العملاء وروح فريق قوية.
- مهارات أساسية في استخدام الكمبيوتر والتطبيقات المحمولة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- صيانة معدات التكييف واستكشاف الأعطال وإصلاحها وفقاً لممارسات الصناعة وإرشادات الشركة المصنعة.
- ممارسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة المتعلقة بتركيب وإصلاح وصيانة التكييف.
- أوراق بيانات السلامة (MSDS/SDS) وممارسات المناولة الآمنة.
- الاستخدام السليم والعناية وإدارة الأدوات والمعدات.
- إعداد واستكمال تقارير الفحص والتقارير الفنية.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned HVAC service, maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair activities in accordance with standard procedures.
- Attend and complete assigned tasks within the required timeframe while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily tasks and maintain accurate timesheets, job cards, and service records.
- Inspect air-conditioning units and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults; recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Repair, replace, adjust, and maintain defective or damaged HVAC components and parts.
- Adjust and maintain electrical and electronic control systems, including checking motors, belts, blowers, coils, and related components.
- Prepare inspection reports covering site conditions, scope of work, findings, and technical recommendations.
- Complete Job Completion Certificates, Job Cards, EH&S site surveys, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
- Estimate required labor hours, tools, equipment, and materials for assigned work.
- Communicate with customers regarding work progress, outstanding issues, and recommendations.
- Ensure work areas are left clean, safe, and orderly upon completion.
- Identify safety hazards and implement appropriate controls before and during work activities.
- Follow all EH&S policies, procedures, and safe working practices.
- Escalate technical, safety, or operational issues to the Supervisor or Manager when required.
- Safely rig and set up gantries and lifting arrangements for HVAC equipment, pumps, chillers, and other heavy equipment as required.
- Organize and manage machinery, tools, equipment pickup/delivery, usage, and inventory as applicable.
- Use computers, mobile devices, and relevant applications for work-related activities and reporting.
- Work independently when required and effectively collaborate with colleagues as part of an integrated team.
- Attend and actively participate in EH&S and technical training sessions and meetings.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration, HVAC, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry or field.
- Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong team-player attitude.
- Basic computer and mobile application skills.
Candidates should have knowledge of:
- HVAC equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair in accordance with industry practices and manufacturer guidelines.
- EH&S practices and procedures related to HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
- MSDS/SDS and safe handling practices.
- Proper utilization, care, and management of tools and equipment.
- Preparation and completion of inspection and technical reports.
- Quality management practices in accordance with company standards and applicable requirements.
- Basic metal sheet work, electrical systems, carpentry, and Building Automation Controls.
- Identification and management of risks and hazards associated with HVAC operations.
