تعلن شركة Abunayyan Holding (عبر شركة Holystar Arabia) عن توفر وظيفة فني في مجال تصنيع لوحات التوزيع الكهربائية (Switchgear) في الرياض، السعودية، للانضمام إلى فريق الإنتاج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجميع وتركيب المكونات الكهربائية في لوحات التوزيع الكهربائية (Switchgear panels).
- تنفيذ أعمال الأسلاك الكهربائية للتحكم والقدرة، بما في ذلك كبس الكابلات وتوصيلها وتركيب الأطراف وفقًا للمخططات المعتمدة.
- تركيب القواطع المصغرة (MCBs) والقواطع المقولبة (MCCBs) وقواطع التيار المتبقي مع الحماية من الحمل الزائد (RCBOs) ومرحلات التحكم والمكونات الكهربائية ذات الصلة.
- استكشاف الأعطال الكهربائية في لوحات التوزيع وتشخيصها وإصلاحها.
- إجراء تعديلات على الأسلاك ووضع العلامات والملصقات على الكابلات.
- استخدام أجهزة الاختبار الكهربائية مثل أجهزة القياس المتعددة (multimeters) ومقاييس المشبك (clamp meters) وأجهزة اختبار العزل (insulation testers).
- اتباع إجراءات السلامة ومعايير الجودة المعتمدة في الشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عملية سابقة في مصنع تصنيع لوحات التوزيع الكهربائية (Switchgear manufacturing) - شرط أساسي.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات الكهربائية التخطيطية (schematic drawings) ومخططات الأسلاك (wiring diagrams) ومنطق السلم (ladder logic) وجداول إنهاء التوصيلات (termination schedules).
- معرفة قوية بأسلاك التحكم والقدرة الكهربائية.
- خبرة في التجميع الكهربائي وإنهاء توصيلات الكابلات واستكشاف الأعطال.
- القدرة على العمل باستخدام الأدوات اليدوية الكهربائية ومعدات الاختبار.

We are looking for skilled Technicians with hands-on experience in switchgear manufacturing to join our production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install electrical components in switchgear panels.
- Perform control and power wiring, cable crimping, splicing, and termination according to approved drawings.
- Install MCBs, MCCBs, RCBOs, control relays, and related electrical components.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rectify electrical faults in switchgear panels.
- Perform wiring modifications, cable tagging, and labeling.
- Use electrical testing instruments, including multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Previous hands-on experience in a switchgear manufacturing factory is mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and termination schedules.
- Strong knowledge of electrical control and power wiring.
- Experience in electrical assembly, cable termination, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work with electrical hand tools and testing equipment.
