Responsibilities

•Provide technical support and guidance to production teams during manufacturing

•Interpret and apply complex wiring diagrams and specifications

•Collaborate with engineers and specialists to integrate wire harnesses into larger systems

•Test wire harnesses to verify functionality and reliability under various conditions

•Identify and resolve issues such as electrical shorts, signal interference, and other wiring problems

•Ensure wire harness designs and processes meet client standards and regulatory requirements

•Conduct rigorous testing of finished products to confirm compliance with specifications

•Troubleshoot quality issues using a data-driven approach

•Ensure all work follows safety regulations and procedures

•Report progress, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders

•Direct project-related activities for technicians and plant personnel

•Support the performance of supplied services related to wire harness activities

Required Qualifications

•Demonstrated hands-on experience troubleshooting wire harnesses

•Experience creating wire harness operation layouts

•Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and management

•Hands-on experience with dimensional verification of wire harness components

•Ability to quickly understand new processes and creatively solve problems in a cost- and time-sensitiveenvironment

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience working with U.S. and Chinese suppliers

•Experience applying statistical analysis to improve product quality or production results

•Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus)
