المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق الداخلي.
- مراجعة سجلات الجودة والتأكد من دقتها.
- تحليل البيانات لاكتشاف الاتجاهات والمخاطر المحتملة.
- تنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية ومعالجتها.
- التعاون مع الفرق السريرية والإدارية لتطوير وتحديث إجراءات الجودة.
- دعم التدريب على معايير الجودة والسلامة.
- إعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة حول أداء الجودة.
- المشاركة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر وتعزيز ثقافة الجودة.
- دعم متطلبات الاعتماد والتراخيص الصحية.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والجودة في جميع أنحاء المنظمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الرعاية الصحية أو الصيدلة أو العلوم أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- خبرة سابقة في أقسام الجودة في المستشفيات أو مؤسسات الرعاية الصحية (ميزة إضافية).
- الإلمام بمعايير الاعتماد مثل JCI أو CBAHI (ميزة إضافية).
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً (لقراءة المعايير والتقارير).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في مراقبة الجودة (Quality Control) وضمان الجودة (Quality Assurance).
- قدرات في إدارة الجودة (Quality Management) لتصميم وتنفيذ أنظمة الجودة والوثائق.
- معرفة جيدة بممارسات التصنيع الجيد (GMP) أو معايير الجودة الصحية المماثلة.
- خبرة في تدقيق الجودة (Quality Auditing) وإعداد تقارير التدقيق ومتابعة خطط العمل.
- مهارات تحليلية وتوثيقية وإعداد تقارير دقيقة مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- إدارة الوقت بفعالية والتكيف مع الأولويات المتغيرة.

- Candidates should possess experience in Quality Auditing to conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, and follow up on action plans.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in healthcare, pharmacy, science, engineering, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy, are required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
- Experience in hospital or healthcare quality departments and familiarity with accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, CBAHI) is an advantage.
