alfanar Construction، إحدى شركات مجموعة الفنار، تعلن عن وظيفة Electrical Engineer (حديث تخرج) في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة المستندات الكهربائية للمشروع التي تشمل المنهجية وضمان الجودة وإجراءات الرقابة والجدول الزمني للهندسة والبناء.
  • إعداد ومراجعة المقدمات الفنية مثل التصاميم والمواصفات والرسومات والحسابات وبيانات الطرق وتقييم المخاطر وغيرها لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات العميل والجهات المختصة والمستخدم النهائي والمعايير المحلية والدولية.
  • الإشراف والتفتيش اليومي على أعمال التركيب في الموقع، ومشاهدة الاختبارات، وتحديد حالات عدم الامتثال لوثائق البناء، واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • التنسيق اليومي مع قائد الفريق وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين للتحقق من قضايا الجودة لأعمال المقاولين الفرعيين وتوثيقها والإبلاغ عنها، واقتراح/تقديم إجراءات تصحيحية.
  • ضمان سير جميع أنشطة البناء بشكل جيد في الموقع ومراجعة التقدم.
  • عقد اجتماعات فنية ومتابعة مستمرة مع أقسام التصميم والهندسة لدى العميل.
  • الحفاظ على معايير الجودة لجميع الأنشطة الكهربائية وفقاً لخطة جودة المشروع.
  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتكوين فريق لإنجاز العمل بفعالية.
  • توفير القيادة والتوجيه والتدريب للمرؤوسين في جميع جوانب عملهم.
  • تفويض المهام للمرؤوسين وتوزيع المهام بشكل عادل للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية والتحفيز.
  • تنفيذ الأنشطة المخططة لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية وفقاً للجداول الزمنية.
  • استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف ضمن تكلفة ووقت مناسبين.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية مفصلة عن الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخططة.
  • حل أي مشكلات ذات صلة تطرأ ورفع القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة إلى الإدارة العليا.
  • ضمان متطلبات الجودة لتطوير عمليات رقابة جودة فعالة، بما في ذلك المواصفات للمنتجات أو العمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • التنسيق لوضع أنظمة وإجراءات وسياسات مكتوبة محددة، والبحث عن فرص الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة وتعليمات العمل.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة والبيئة ذات الصلة ضمن مجال العمل المحدد لضمان السلامة والامتثال القانوني وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة عملية: حديث تخرج - 0 إلى 2 سنوات.

Job Purpose

This position exists to plan, organize, and control the electrical activities of the project to best accomplish the successful completion within the guidelines established by the Project Manager according to the established schedules, budgets, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) policy constraints.

Key Accountability Areas

Responsibility:
• Review project electrical documents that include, methodology, quality assurance, control procedures, engineering, and construction time schedule
• Prepare and review technical submittals such as design, specifications, drawings, calculations, method statements, TPIs, risk assessments … etc. for compliance with client’s requirements, authority requirements, end-user requirements, local and international standards
• Oversee/inspect site installation work in daily basis, witness tests, identify non-compliance to construction documentation, and recommend corrective measures
• Coordinate on a daily basis with the Team Leader and other team members to verify, document and report the quality issues of work performed by the sub-contractors and provide/suggest corrective actions
• Ensuring all construction activities run well at the site and review the progress.
• Conducting technical meetings and constant follow-up with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.
Quality:
• Maintain the quality standards of all electrical activities as per project quality plan

Role Accountability

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
