تعلن شركة الفنار (alfanar Construction) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، عن توفر وظيفة مهندس كهرباء (Electrical Engineer) للخريجين الجدد (Fresh Graduate) في المنطقة الوسطى.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

يهدف هذا الدور إلى تخطيط وتنظيم ومراقبة الأنشطة الكهربائية للمشروع لضمان إنجازها بنجاح ضمن التوجيهات التي يحددها مدير المشروع، وفقاً للجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومعايير ضمان الجودة / مراقبة الجودة (QA/QC).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة الوثائق الكهربائية للمشروع، بما في ذلك المنهجية وضمان الجودة وإجراءات المراقبة والجدول الزمني للهندسة والإنشاءات.
  • إعداد ومراجعة التقديمات الفنية مثل التصاميم والمواصفات والرسومات والحسابات وبيانات الأساليب وتقارير TPI وتقييم المخاطر، للتأكد من امتثالها لمتطلبات العميل والجهات المختصة والمستخدم النهائي والمعايير المحلية والدولية.
  • الإشراف على أعمال التركيب الميدانية يومياً واختبارها، وتحديد حالات عدم الامتثال لوثائق الإنشاء، واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • التنسيق يومياً مع قائد الفريق وأعضاء الفريق للتحقق من قضايا الجودة المتعلقة بأعمال المقاولين من الباطن وتوثيقها والإبلاغ عنها واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية.
  • ضمان سير جميع أنشطة الإنشاءات بشكل جيد في الموقع ومراجعة التقدم المحرز.
  • عقد اجتماعات فنية ومتابعة مستمرة مع أقسام التصميم والهندسة لدى العميل.
  • الحفاظ على معايير الجودة لجميع الأنشطة الكهربائية وفقاً لخطة جودة المشروع.
  • تدريب المرؤوسين وتكوين فريق لتنفيذ العمل بفعالية، وتقديم القيادة والتدريب والتوجيه لهم.
  • تفويض المهام بشكل عادل للحفاظ على الروح المعنوية والتحفيز.
  • أداء الأنشطة المخططة لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والتطويرية وفق الجداول الزمنية المحددة.
  • استخدام الموارد بفعالية لتحقيق الأهداف ضمن التكلفة والوقت المناسبين.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية مفصلة توضح الانحرافات وتنفيذ المهام المخطط لها.
  • حل المشكلات ذات الصلة التي تطرأ ورفع القضايا التشغيلية المعقدة.
  • ضمان متطلبات الجودة لتطوير عمليات مراقبة الجودة والمواصفات الفعالة للمنتجات أو العمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • تنسيق أنظمة وسياسات وإجراءات مكتوبة محددة، والسعي نحو الأتمتة قدر الإمكان.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة وتعليمات العمل.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة والإدارة البيئية ضمن نطاق العمل المحدد لضمان السلامة والامتثال القانوني وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
  • خبرة عمل: خريج جديد - حديث التخرج (0-2 سنوات).

Job Purpose

This position exists to plan, organize, and control the electrical activities of the project to best accomplish the successful completion within the guidelines established by the Project Manager according to the established schedules, budgets, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) policy constraints.

Key Accountability Areas

Responsibility:
• Review project electrical documents that include, methodology, quality assurance, control procedures, engineering, and construction time schedule
• Prepare and review technical submittals such as design, specifications, drawings, calculations, method statements, TPIs, risk assessments … etc. for compliance with client’s requirements, authority requirements, end-user requirements, local and international standards
• Oversee/inspect site installation work in daily basis, witness tests, identify non-compliance to construction documentation, and recommend corrective measures
• Coordinate on a daily basis with the Team Leader and other team members to verify, document and report the quality issues of work performed by the sub-contractors and provide/suggest corrective actions
• Ensuring all construction activities run well at the site and review the progress.
• Conducting technical meetings and constant follow-up with Client Design and Engineering Divisions.
Quality:
• Maintain the quality standards of all electrical activities as per project quality plan

  • Training of sub-ordinates and forming a team to get the work effectively.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
  • Delegate sub-ordinates in each respective assignment.
  • Ensures fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale, motivation of subordinates.
  • Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
  • Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
  • Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
  • Resolve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
  • Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
  • Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.
  • Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
  • Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
