تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر وظيفة كبير مهندسي الموقع - أنظمة الميكانيكا والكهرباء والسباكة (Senior Resident Engineer - MEP) في منطقة الرياض. سيعمل المرشح كممثل أول للموقع لجميع أعمال الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة، مع ضمان التسليم وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة والمتطلبات التعاقدية واللوائح السعودية المعمول بها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة والإشراف على جميع أنشطة البناء الخاصة بأنظمة MEP في الموقع بدءاً من التجهيز وحتى الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم.
- ضمان توافق تركيبات MEP مع الرسومات المعتمدة والمواصفات واللوائح المحلية والمعايير الدولية.
- مراقبة تقدم أعمال البناء وتحديد وحل التحديات الفنية والتجارية والتنفيذية بشكل استباقي.
- مراجعة منهجيات العمل وخطط العمل وتقديم المواد والرسومات التفصيلية وإجراءات التشغيل المقدمة من المقاول.
- ضمان التنسيق بين أنظمة MEP والتخصصات الأخرى بما في ذلك الأعمال المدنية والإنشائية والمعمارية والبنية التحتية.
- تقديم إرشادات فنية متخصصة في أنظمة HVAC والطاقة الكهربائية وأنظمة الجهد المنخفض جداً (ELV) والسباكة والحماية من الحرائق والبنية التحتية للمرافق.
- مراجعة التعديلات التصميمية واستفسارات الهندسة الفنية (RFIs) واقتراحات القيمة الهندسية وطلبات تغيير الإنشاءات.
- قيادة المراجعات الفنية وحل المشكلات الهندسية المتعلقة بالموقع بفعالية.
- التحقق من أن جميع أعمال MEP تلبي متطلبات الجودة للمشروع والمعايير المنطبقة.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق ومراقبة أنشطة الاختبار.
- مراجعة طلبات التفتيش وتقارير عدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية وتقارير الجودة.
- الإشراف على أنشطة الاختبار والتشغيل لجميع أنظمة MEP.
- مراقبة اختبارات الأنظمة المتكاملة وبرامج الجاهزية التشغيلية.
- مراجعة والموافقة على وثائق التشغيل وكتيبات التشغيل والصيانة وسجلات التدريب وحزم التسليم.
- مراقبة أداء المقاول مقابل الالتزامات التعاقدية.
- مراجعة تقارير التقدم والمطالبات والتغييرات وطلبات تمديد الوقت.
- دعم المناقشات التجارية والتعاقدية المتعلقة بأعمال MEP.
- تعزيز ثقافة سلامة قوية بين جميع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في المشروع والمعايير التنظيمية السعودية.
- قيادة عمليات التفتيش على السلامة ودعم التحقيقات في الحوادث عند الحاجة.
- العمل كممثل رئيسي للموقع لجميع الأمور المتعلقة بأنظمة MEP والتنسيق مع العملاء والمقاولين والاستشاريين ومقدمي الخدمات والجهات الحكومية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة خدمات المباني أو تخصص ذي صلة. يفضل درجة الماجستير.
- شهادة مهندس محترف (PE) أو CEng أو تسجيل مهني معادل.
- شهادة PMP مفضلة.
- عضوية في المؤسسات المهنية المعترف بها (CIBSE, IMechE, IEEE, IET, ASHRAE, PMI وغيرها).
- خبرة سابقة في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية أو منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
- خبرة في بيئة شركة إدارة المشاريع/استشارات هندسية تشرف على المقاولين نيابة عن العملاء.
- ما لا يقل عن 20 سنة من الخبرة المهنية في تصميم أنظمة MEP والإشراف على الإنشاءات وتسليم المشاريع.
- 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور مهندس مقيم أو مشرف أول MEP على مشاريع كبرى في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع التطوير واسعة النطاق مثل المشاريع التجارية والمتعددة الاستخدامات والمشاريع الاجتماعية والتعليمية والمباني الشاهقة والبنية التحتية ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة شاملة بأنظمة HVAC وشبكات توزيع الطاقة الكهربائية والمحطات الفرعية وواجهات المرافق وأنظمة ELV وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وأنظمة الحماية من الحرائق والسلامة الحياتية وأنظمة السباكة والصرف وأنظمة إدارة المباني (BMS) وعمليات الاختبار والتشغيل والتسليم.
- فهم قوي للممارسات الإنشائية والمتطلبات التنظيمية السعودية.
- معرفة بقوانين البناء السعودي (SBC) ومتطلبات الشركة السعودية للكهرباء وأنظمة الدفاع المدني والمعايير الدولية مثل ASHRAE وNFPA وIEC وIEEE وSMACNA والمعايير البريطانية.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات في بيئات مشاريع معقدة.
- مهارات قوية في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتعامل مع العملاء.
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار والتفاوض.
- القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة مع الحفاظ على أهداف الجودة والتسليم.
- مهارات قوية في كتابة التقارير والعروض التقديمية.

The Senior Resident Engineer - MEP will act as the senior on-site representative for all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, ensuring delivery in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, contractual requirements, and applicable Saudi codes and regulations. Your role
Project Delivery & Site Supervision
- Lead and oversee all site-based MEP construction activities from mobilization through testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, local regulations, and international standards.
- Monitor construction progress and proactively identify and resolve technical, commercial, and execution challenges.
- Review contractor methodologies, work plans, material submissions, shop drawings, and commissioning procedures.
- Ensure coordination between MEP systems and other disciplines including civil, structural, architectural, and infrastructure works.
- Provide expert technical guidance on HVAC, electrical power systems, ELV systems, plumbing, fire protection, and utility infrastructure.
- Review design modifications, technical queries (RFIs), value engineering proposals, and construction change requests.
- Lead technical reviews and drive effective resolution of site-related engineering issues.
- Ensure constructability reviews and design compliance throughout project execution.
- Verify that all MEP works meet project quality requirements and applicable standards.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and witness testing activities.
- Review inspection requests, NCRs, corrective actions, and quality reports.
- Ensure contractor compliance with quality management systems and approved procedures.
- Oversee testing and commissioning activities for all MEP systems.
- Monitor integrated system testing and operational readiness programs.
- Review and approve commissioning documentation, O&M manuals, training records, and handover packages.
- Support successful project close-out and client acceptance.
- Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations.
- Review progress reports, claims, variations, and extension-of-time submissions.
- Support commercial and contractual discussions related to MEP works.
- Ensure effective risk identification and mitigation throughout project delivery.
- Promote a strong safety culture across all project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and Saudi regulatory standards.
- Lead safety inspections and support incident investigations when required.
- Monitor contractor adherence to environmental and sustainability requirements.
- Act as the primary site representative for all MEP matters.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and government authorities.
- Chair progress, coordination, technical, and commissioning meetings.
- Prepare executive-level reports highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree is advantageous.
- Professional Engineer (PE), CEng, or equivalent professional registration.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Membership of recognized professional institutions (CIBSE, IMechE, IEEE, IET, ASHRAE, PMI, etc.).
- Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Experience within a PMC/Engineering Consultancy environment overseeing contractors on behalf of clients.
- Minimum 20 years of professional experience in MEP design, construction supervision, and project delivery.
- At least 5 years in a Resident Engineer or Senior MEP supervisory role on major projects in KSA.
- Proven experience with large-scale developments such as:
- Commercial and mixed-use developments
- Social and Educational developments
- High-rise developments
- Related infrastructure
- Comprehensive knowledge of:
- HVAC systems
- Electrical power distribution systems
- Substations and utility interfaces
- ELV and ICT systems
- Fire protection and life safety systems
- Plumbing and drainage systems
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Testing, commissioning, and handover processes
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian construction practices and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of SBC (Saudi Building Code), SEC requirements, Civil Defense regulations, and international standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, IEEE, SMACNA, and British Standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex project environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and delivery objectives.
