AtkinsRéalis تعلن عن وظيفة Senior Project Manager - Landscape في الرياض، حيث سيتولى قيادة وإدارة مشاريع معقدة في الهندسة المعمارية للمناظر الطبيعية والمجال العام.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يتولى مدير المشاريع الأول مسؤولية قيادة التسليم الناجح لمشاريع معقدة في الهندسة المعمارية للمناظر الطبيعية والمجال العام عبر جميع مراحل المشروع، بدءاً من التصميم المفاهيمي وحتى إدارة الإنشاءات وإغلاق المشروع.
- يجمع هذا الدور بين القيادة المشروعة وإدارة العملاء والإشراف التجاري وتخطيط الموارد والتنسيق الفني لضمان تسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية وبأعلى معايير التصميم والجودة.
- سيعمل مدير المشاريع الأول بشكل وثيق مع مدراء المشاريع وقادة التخصصات للإشراف على فرق المشروع متعددة التخصصات وإدارة علاقات العملاء ومراقبة أداء المشروع ودفع التميز في التنفيذ مع دعم نمو الأعمال وتطوير الفريق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة مشاريع الهندسة المعمارية للمناظر الطبيعية والمجال العام من البداية حتى الانتهاء.
- تطوير وصيانة خطط تنفيذ المشروع والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات وتخصيص الموارد.
- يكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية للعملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين.
- مراقبة أداء المشروع وضمان التسليم وفق النطاق والبرنامج والميزانية والجودة والمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- تنسيق فرق متعددة التخصصات تشمل مهندسي المناظر الطبيعية ومصممي المدن والمهندسين وأخصائيي البيئة والاستشاريين الخارجيين.
- إدارة الجوانب التجارية للمشاريع بما في ذلك مقترحات الرسوم وإدارة العقود وإدارة التغيير والفواتير والتقارير المالية.
- تحديد مخاطر المشروع وتنفيذ إجراءات التخفيف لضمان نتائج ناجحة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية للمناظر الطبيعية، أو الهندسة المعمارية، أو التصميم الحضري، أو الهندسة، أو إدارة الإنشاءات، أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10-15 سنة في تسليم مشاريع معقدة في الهندسة المعمارية للمناظر الطبيعية أو المجال العام أو البنية التحتية أو التصميم متعدد التخصصات.
- سجل مثبت في إدارة المشاريع واسعة النطاق عبر مرحلتي التصميم والإنشاء.
- فهم قوي لمنهجيات إدارة المشاريع والإدارة التجارية وإدارة العقود ومبادئ إدارة المخاطر.
- خبرة في قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات في بيئة استشارية أو خدمات مهنية.
- مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة والتفاوض والتواصل والعرض التقديمي.
- فطنة مالية قوية مع خبرة في إدارة ميزانيات المشاريع والتوقعات والربحية.
- القدرة على إدارة مشاريع وأولويات متعددة في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
- شهادة احترافية في إدارة المشاريع (PMP، PRINCE2، أو ما يعادلها) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Your role
- Lead and manage landscape architecture and public realm projects from inception through completion.
- Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery against scope, programme, budget, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including landscape architects, urban designers, engineers, environmental specialists, and external consultants.
- Manage commercial aspects of projects, including fee proposals, contract administration, change management, invoicing, and financial reporting.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee design reviews, technical coordination, and quality assurance processes throughout all project stages.
- Support procurement, tendering, contractor engagement, and construction administration activities.
- Mentor and develop project team members, promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.
- Contribute to business development activities, client relationship management, proposal preparation, and pursuit opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety requirements, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience delivering complex landscape architecture, urban realm, infrastructure, or multidisciplinary design projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects through design and construction phases.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, commercial management, contract administration, and risk management principles.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a consultancy or professional services environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and profitability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Chartered or professional membership with a relevant industry body is preferred.
