يلعب مسؤول liaison لمركز التحكم في النقل (TCC) دورًا حيويًا في ضمان التنسيق السلس بين مركز التحكم في النقل والفرق التشغيلية خلال مرحلة التشغيل والصيانة (O&M) لمشروع المترو. هذا الدور ضروري للحفاظ على إدارة مرورية سلسة، والاستجابة الفورية للحوادث، والتواصل الفعال مع جميع الأطراف المعنية في عمليات المترو.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تسهيل التنسيق بين مركز التحكم في النقل (TCC) والفرق التشغيلية لضمان إدارة مرورية فعالة واستمرارية التشغيل.
- العمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية للاستجابة للحوادث، وضمان التواصل الفوري وحل الاضطرابات في الخدمة.
- دعم مركز التحكم في النقل في المراقبة الفورية، وتنسيق الإرسال، واتخاذ القرارات التشغيلية.
- ضمان تدفق دقيق وفي الوقت المناسب للمعلومات بين موظفي مركز التحكم والفرق الميدانية.
- المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ بروتوكولات إدارة الحوادث واستراتيجيات الاستجابة.
- التعاون مع مقاولي التشغيل والصيانة (O&M)، والفرق الفنية، وممثلي صاحب العمل لمواءمة الأولويات التشغيلية وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة والخدمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في النقل أو إدارة المرور أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أنظمة إدارة النقل، ويفضل في بيئات المترو أو السكك الحديدية الحضرية.
- خبرة في مشاريع المترو أو البنية التحتية للسكك الحديدية.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة تشغيلية على مدار 24 ساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع مع المرونة والاستجابة السريعة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والتنسيق عبر فرق متنوعة.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية ممتازة، والقدرة على العمل في بيئات تشغيلية عالية الضغط وفي الوقت الفعلي.
- الإلمام بتقنيات مركز التحكم وأنظمة الإرسال وأدوات تتبع الحوادث.

This role is essential for maintaining smooth traffic management, timely incident response, and effective communication across all stakeholders involved in metro operations.
Your role
- Facilitate coordination between the Transportation Control Centre (TCC) and operational teams to ensure efficient traffic management and operational continuity.
- Act as the primary liaison for incident response, ensuring timely communication and resolution of service disruptions.
- Support the TCC in real-time monitoring, dispatch coordination, and operational decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely information flow between control center personnel and field teams.
- Assist in the development and implementation of incident management protocols and response strategies.
- Collaborate with O&M Contractors, technical teams, and Employer representatives to align operational priorities and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Traffic Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation management systems, preferably within metro or urban rail environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in high-pressure, real-time operational settings.
- Familiarity with control center technologies, dispatch systems, and incident tracking tools.
- Experience in metro or railway infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment with flexibility and responsiveness.
