AtkinsRéalis هي شركة عالمية رائدة في الخدمات الهندسية والنووية، تبحث عن مدير HSEW ذي خبرة لقيادة وإدارة وظائف الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والرفاهية لمشاريع نائية في المملكة العربية السعودية. يتطلب هذا الدور قيادة قوية في إدارة استراتيجيات HSEW لمشاريع الضيافة الفاخرة والسكنية الراقية، وضمان الامتثال والتميز في السلامة وثقافة التحسين المستمر عبر جميع مراحل المشروع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة الاستراتيجية الشاملة لـ HSEW وتنفيذها عبر مواقع المشاريع النائية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- تطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة خطط وسياسات وإجراءات HSEW الخاصة بالمشروع بما يتوافق مع المعايير المؤسسية والتنظيمية.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وكذلك المعايير الدولية.
- تقديم التوجيه الاستراتيجي والقيادة لفرق HSEW والمنسقين وموظفي السلامة في الموقع.
- الإشراف على أداء HSEW للمقاولين والمقاولين من الباطن، وضمان التوافق مع متطلبات السلامة للمشروع.
- إنشاء وصيانة أنظمة إبلاغ قوية عن السلامة، تشمل مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والتدقيق وتحقيقات الحوادث.
- قيادة تحقيقات الحوادث، وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية، وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- تعزيز ثقافة سلامة قوية من خلال التدريب وبرامج التوعية والمشاركة القيادية.
- التعاون مع فرق القيادة في المشروع لدمج HSEW في تخطيط المشروع واستراتيجيات التنفيذ.
- إدارة متطلبات أمن الموقع والإشراف على مقدمي خدمات الأمن من الطرف الثالث.
- دعم تطوير خطط تنفيذ المشروع، بما في ذلك أطر HSEW خلال مرحلتي الهندسة والتعبئة.
- التواصل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة والجهات التنظيمية في جميع الأمور المتعلقة بـ HSEW.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عامًا في مجال HSE، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي.
- خبرة إلزامية في مشاريع الضيافة الفاخرة والسكنية الراقية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- خلفية قوية في بيئات البناء أو البنية التحتية أو المشاريع الضخمة، ويفضل في المواقع النائية.
- معرفة متعمقة بلوائح HSE في المملكة العربية السعودية والمعايير الدولية (ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001) وأفضل الممارسات.
- خبرة مثبتة في تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وبرامج HSEW المؤسسية.
- خبرة في إدارة أداء السلامة للمقاولين وتنسيق أصحاب المصلحة.
- مهارات قيادية واتصالية وتنظيمية قوية.
- القدرة على العرض والتقديم للإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة من العملاء.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وأنظمة إدارة السلامة.
- درجة أو دبلوم في الصحة والسلامة أو العلوم البيئية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية (مثل NEBOSH أو IOSH أو ما يعادلها) مفضلة.

This role requires strong leadership in managing HSEW strategies for high-end luxury hospitality and residential developments, ensuring compliance, safety excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement across all project phases.
Your role
- Lead and manage the overall HSEW strategy and execution across remote project sites in KSA.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific HSEW plans, policies, and procedures aligned with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Ensure full compliance with KSA health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as international standards.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to HSEW teams, coordinators, and site safety personnel.
- Oversee contractor and subcontractor HSEW performance, ensuring alignment with project safety requirements.
- Establish and maintain robust safety reporting systems, including KPIs, audits, and incident investigations.
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture through training, awareness programs, and leadership engagement.
- Collaborate with project leadership teams to integrate HSEW into project planning and execution strategies.
- Manage site security requirements and oversee third-party security service providers.
- Support the development of Project Execution Plans, including HSEW frameworks during engineering and mobilization phases.
- Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies on all HSEW-related matters.
- Minimum 12+ years of HSE experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Mandatory experience in high-end luxury hospitality and residential projects in KSA.
- Strong background in construction, infrastructure, or mega-project environments, preferably in remote locations.
- In-depth knowledge of KSA HSE regulations, international standards (ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001), and best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing corporate HSEW strategies and programs.
- Expertise in managing contractor safety performance and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to present and report to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Safety Management Systems.
- Degree or Diploma in Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) preferred.
