شركة Halliburton، إحدى أكبر مزودي المنتجات والخدمات لصناعة الطاقة العالمية، تبحث عن منسق للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) للعمل في منطقة المدينة المنورة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحت الإشراف المباشر لقيادة العمليات، المسؤول عن تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات وإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وفقاً للتوجيهات.
- من المرجح أن تكون المهام ضمن مشروع محدد أو موقع عمل أو منطقة جغرافية.
- تشمل الأنشطة على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: تحديد المخاطر وإدارة المخاطر، الإبلاغ عن الحوادث والتحقيق فيها وتحليل الأسباب، تقليل النفايات، منع التلوث والسيطرة عليه، الاستجابة للطوارئ، وأنشطة الامتثال المختلفة في جميع مجالات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- الإشراف على نظام الإدارة المتكامل (HMS) الذي يلبي على الأقل احتياجات الشركة ومتطلبات المعايير الصناعية.
- إجراء والمشاركة في عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش الداخلية والتنظيمية وخاصة العملاء.
- من المحتمل القيام بأعمال حفظ السجلات والمهام الإدارية العامة الأخرى.
- تقديم المشورة الفنية وتفسير البيانات والتدريب وتحسين العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة، أو العلوم، أو الهندسة.

Job Duties
- Under direct supervision of Operations leadership, the Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines as instructed.
- Duties are likely to be within a defined project, work site or geographic location.
- Activities include, but are not limited to, hazard identification and risk management, incident reporting, investigation and causal analysis, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control, emergency response, and various compliance activities in all areas of HSE.
- Provides oversight of the integrated management system (HMS) that at a minimum meets the needs of the company and the requirements of industry standards.
- Conducts and participates in internal, regulatory, and customer audits and inspections.
- Record-keeping and other general administrative duties are likely.
- Provides technical advice, data interpretation, training, and process improvement.
