تعلن شركة AtkinsRéalis عن توفر وظيفة مدير أول للواجهات والتكامل (Senior Interface and Integration Manager) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • البحث عن مدير واجهات وتكامل ذي خبرة لقيادة التنسيق والحوكمة لجميع الواجهات الداخلية والخارجية لمشروع السكك الحديدية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • سيتولى مدير الواجهات والتكامل إدارة مصفوفات الواجهات والسجلات وسير عمل التنسيق عبر المشروع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وصيانة خطة إدارة الواجهات والتكامل وفقاً للعقد.
  • تنفيذ بروتوكولات الواجهات وسير العمل وإجراءات التصعيد عبر جميع الحزم.
  • ضمان توافق أنشطة الواجهات مع جداول البرنامج وسجلات المخاطر ومخرجات التصميم.
  • إدارة وتحديث مصفوفة مسؤوليات الواجهات (IRM) ومصفوفة نطاق الواجهات وسجل الواجهات.
  • تحديد وتتبع وحل الواجهات الاستراتيجية التي تتطلب تنسيقاً بين حزم العقود الرئيسية، والواجهات الفنية بين الحزم المجاورة، وحوكمة الواجهات الداخلية ضمن الحزمة، والواجهات التفصيلية على مستوى المكونات أو الأنظمة، والتنسيق مع مدير أصحاب المصلحة لحل الواجهات الخارجية.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين لضمان تقديم واعتماد مدخلات التصميم المتعلقة بالواجهات واشتراطات التركيب وبروتوكولات الاختبار في الوقت المناسب.
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع العميل لضمان انعكاس تبعيات الواجهات في الجدول الزمني الرئيسي وحلها في الوقت المناسب.
  • التعاون مع فرق التسليم الفني لضمان تحقيق التكامل المادي والنظمي في الموقع.
  • دعم جاهزية التشغيل والتسليم من خلال ضمان اكتمال والتحقق من كافة اشتراطات الواجهات.
  • تحديد المخاطر المتعلقة بالواجهات والمساهمة في تخطيط التخفيف منها.
  • دعم مدير المخاطر في دمج مخاطر الواجهات في سجل المخاطر والتقارير.
  • تتبع التغييرات في مسؤوليات الواجهات وضمان الامتثال التعاقدي.
  • التواصل مع العميل وشركة إدارة المشاريع (PMC) والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين لضمان التوافق على متطلبات الواجهات.
  • تيسير اجتماعات وورش عمل تنسيق الواجهات عبر التخصصات.
  • الحفاظ على علاقات عمل قوية وضمان حل مشكلات الواجهات في الوقت المناسب.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة المشاريع أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في إدارة الواجهات والتكامل، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في مشاريع السكك الحديدية أو البنية التحتية الكبرى.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في إدارة الواجهات والتكامل لمشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق، ويفضل في مجال السكك الحديدية.
  • فهم قوي للتنسيق متعدد التخصصات عبر حزم الأعمال المدنية والأنظمة والميكانيكال والكهرباء والسباكة والمعمارية والتشغيلية.
  • الإلمام بأطر تسليم البنية التحتية في المملكة العربية السعودية ومعايير السكك الحديدية.

Role Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced Interface and Integration Manager to lead the coordination, resolution, and governance of all internal and external interfaces the Saudi Arabia Railway.

the Interface and Integration Manager will manage interface matrices, registers, and coordination workflows across the project.

Sector Experience

Key Requirements and Accountabilities

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in interface and integration management for large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably in rail.
  • Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination across civil, systems, MEP, architectural, and operational packages.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Arabia infrastructure delivery frameworks and Rail standards.

Interface Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and maintain the Interface and Integration Management Plan in accordance with the Contract.
  • Implement interface protocols, workflows, and escalation procedures across all packages.
  • Ensure interface activities are aligned with programme milestones, risk registers, and design deliverables.

Interface Identification & Coordination

  • Manage and update the Interface Responsibility Matrix (IRM), Interface Scope Matrix, and Interface Register.
  • Identify, track, and resolve strategic interfaces requiring coordination in between major contract packages, technical interfaces between adjacent packages, governance of the internal interfaces in a package and detailed interfaces at component or system level. Also works with Stakeholder Manager to resolve external interfaces.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely submission and approval of interface-related design inputs, installation provisions, and testing protocols.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the client to ensure interface dependencies are reflected in the master schedule and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Technical Delivery teams to ensure physical and systems integration is achieved on-site.
  • Support commissioning and handover readiness by ensuring all interface-related provisions are complete and verified

Interface Risk & Change Management

  • Identify interface-related risks and contribute to mitigation planning.
  • Support the Risk Manager in integrating interface risks into the Risk Register and reports.
  • Track changes to interface responsibilities and ensure contractual compliance.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with Client , PMC, contractors, and third-party stakeholders to ensure alignment on interface requirements.
  • Facilitate interface coordination meetings and workshops across disciplines.
  • Maintain strong working relationships and ensure timely resolution of interface issues..

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in interface and integration management, with at least 5 years in rail or major infrastructure programmes.
  • Strong knowledge of interface management tools, workflows, and technical coordination.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
