دعم البحث والتطوير وتنفيذ حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي القائمة على الكلام، والمساهمة في بناء وتقييم وتحسين نماذ معالجة الكلام وتطبيقاتها، ودعم المبادرات البحثية، وتمكين تطوير قدرات ذكاء اصطناعي مبتكرة تتماشى مع أهداف الشركة وأولويات التقنية الناشئة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، نظم المعلومات، هندسة البرمجيات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادات مهنية في SAP أو شهادات ERP ذات صلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في أنظمة SAP، دعم ERP، تكامل الأنظمة، دعم التطبيقات أو المجالات التقنية ذات الصلة.

- SAP Environment Support
- Administer and support SAP environments and related services.
- Monitor SAP system availability, stability, and performance.
- Support day-to-day operation of relevant SAP solutions and modules.
- Incident & Problem Resolution
- Analyze and resolve SAP incidents, technical issues, and service requests.
- Investigate recurring issues and support root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate complex issues with relevant technical teams and vendors when required.
- SAP Changes & Enhancements
- Assess and implement approved SAP change requests and system enhancements.
- Support configuration and technical changes based on business requirements.
- Validate implemented changes to ensure expected functionality.
- Upgrades, Patches & Migration
- Coordinate SAP upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
- Perform required technical validation and testing associated with system changes.
- Support transition activities while minimizing disruption to business operations.
- SAP Integration & Interfaces
- Develop and support interfaces and integrations between SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Monitor integration performance and resolve interface-related issues.
- Maintain relevant technical documentation for integrations and interfaces.
- Business & Functional Support
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business processes and requirements.
- Support alignment of SAP capabilities with business requirements.
- Provide technical input for SAP-related improvements and solutions.
- Reporting & Data Integrity
- Support development and maintenance of SAP reports and related data requirements.
- Monitor data integrity and investigate identified inconsistencies.
- Support accurate and reliable information across SAP services.
- SAP Controls & Documentation
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, user roles, and authorization-related records within assigned responsibilities.
- Support management of SAP licenses and related controls.
- Ensure technical activities are appropriately documented and traceable.
- Documentation & Technical Reporting
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, experiment results, and research findings.
- Document model architectures, assumptions, methodologies, and implementation details.
- Support preparation of technical presentations and reports.
- Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

- Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Academic And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- SAP professional certifications or relevant ERP certifications are considered an advantage.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in SAP systems, ERP support, system integration, application support, or related technology areas.
