About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Data Analyst to join our client's Data Analytics team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret datasets to generate actionable insights and support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and data visualization skills, experience with statistical analysis using Python or other tools, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to senior management and stakeholders.

Important requirements:

• Candidates must currently be working in Saudi Arabia.
• Arabic communication skills are required.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately or within one month.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex data analysis projects from inception to completion.
• Collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis.
• Develop and implement analytical models and techniques.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Present findings to senior management and stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Develop and maintain data governance and data quality standards.
• Mentor and train junior data analysts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analysis.
• A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
• Strong experience with Power BI or comparable data visualization tools.
• Experience in statistical analysis using Python or other programming tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.
• Currently employed in Saudi Arabia and available to join immediately or within one month.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Experience in healthcare or population health analytics.
• A master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field is an advantage.
