شركة علم تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس (Engineer) في مدينة الرياض، ضمن إدارة تكنولوجيا المعلومات المؤسسية، لدعم تطبيقات المؤسسات وصيانتها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم تشغيل وصيانة تطبيقات المؤسسات والأنظمة المؤسسية.
- تنفيذ أنشطة دعم التطبيقات وطلبات الخدمة الموكلة.
- مراقبة أداء التطبيقات ومدى توفرها ضمن نطاق المسؤوليات المحددة.
- التحقيق في حوادث التطبيقات والمشكلات التقنية وحلها.
- تقديم الدعم الفني ورفع المشكلات المعقدة للجهات المختصة عند الحاجة.
- توثيق الحوادث والحلول والمشكلات الفنية المتكررة.
- دعم أنشطة التنفيذ والنشر للأنظمة الجديدة وتحسينات التطبيقات.
- تنفيذ مهام التهيئة والنشر الموكلة.
- المساعدة في التحقق من جاهزية التطبيقات قبل النشر.
- دعم التكامل بين التطبيقات والمنصات والخدمات المؤسسية.
- المساعدة في اختبار الواجهات وتحديد مشكلات التكامل.
- التنسيق مع الفرق التقنية المختصة لحل المشكلات المحددة.
- دعم جمع وتوثيق المتطلبات الوظيفية والفنية.
- المساعدة في ترجمة متطلبات الأعمال إلى متطلبات النظام.
- التنسيق مع مستخدمي الأعمال لتوضيح متطلبات التطبيق عند الحاجة.
- إجراء اختبارات النظام ودعم أنشطة اختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT).
- توثيق نتائج الاختبارات والعيوب والمشكلات المحددة.
- دعم إعادة الاختبار والتحقق بعد حل المشكلات.
- دعم تغييرات النظام والتحديثات والصيانة المعتمدة.
- المساعدة في استكشاف الأخطاء الناتجة عن تغييرات التطبيقات.
- المساهمة في التحسين المستمر لأداء التطبيقات وسهولة استخدامها.
- صيانة توثيق الأنظمة والتكوينات والواجهات والتكاملات.
- تحديث السجلات الفنية والتشغيلية بعد تغييرات النظام.
- دعم الأنشطة التشغيلية المتعلقة بالتطبيقات ومبادرات التحسين.
- اتباع جميع السياسات والإجراءات والعمليات والتعليمات المعيارية ذات الصلة لضمان تنفيذ العمل بشكل منضبط ومتسق.
- الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات وضوابط إدارة السلامة والجودة والبيئة لضمان بيئة عمل صحية وآمنة.
- الامتثال لجميع ممارسات ومعايير أمن المعلومات لضمان سلامة البيانات وسريتها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، تقنية المعلومات، نظم المعلومات، هندسة البرمجيات، أو أحد المجالات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنة في هندسة التطبيقات، تطبيقات المؤسسات، تطوير البرمجيات، دعم التطبيقات، أو المجالات التقنية ذات الصلة.

- Support the operation and maintenance of enterprise applications and corporate systems.
- Perform assigned application support activities and service requests.
- Monitor application performance and availability within assigned responsibilities.
- Incident & Technical Support
- Investigate and resolve application incidents and technical issues.
- Provide technical support and escalate complex issues when required.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and recurring technical issues.
- Application Implementation
- Support implementation and deployment activities for new systems and application enhancements.
- Perform assigned configuration and implementation tasks.
- Assist in validating application readiness prior to deployment.
- Systems Integration
- Support integrations between applications, platforms, and enterprise services.
- Assist in testing interfaces and identifying integration issues.
- Coordinate with relevant technical teams to resolve identified issues.

- Support the collection and documentation of functional and technical requirements.
- Assist in translating business requirements into system requirements.

- Perform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

- Assist in troubleshooting issues resulting from application changes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of application performance and usability.
- Documentation & Operational Support
- Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, interfaces, and integrations.

Academic And Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in application engineering, enterprise applications, software development, application support, or related technology areas.
