شركة Sulzer، إحدى الشركات الهندسية الرائدة، تعلن عن توفر وظيفة كبير مهندسي المعدات الدوارة (Sr. Rotating Equipment Engineer) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
تقديم الدعم الفني للعملاء وفرق المبيعات ومراكز الخدمة وفرق الضمان، وتحديد فرص الترقيات والخدمات في صناعات النفط والغاز والطاقة والمياه.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الفني للعملاء وفريق الواجهة الأمامية (Front-end) من خلال الرد على الاستفسارات الفنية وحضور الاجتماعات مع العملاء للتوضيحات الفنية.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لمراكز الخدمة والخدمات الميدانية، ويتضمن ذلك: مراجعة تقارير الفحص، تقديم توصيات بشأن طرق الإصلاح، تحديد أسباب الأعطال بناءً على الملاحظات، اقتراح الترقيات، تقديم إرشادات للفك والتركيب والإعداد للمعدات المعقدة بالتعاون مع الخبراء، والمساعدة في تعليمات التشغيل المعقدة أو استكشاف الأعطال.
- إجراء تحليل أسباب الأعطال الجذرية من خلال: التواصل مع العميل لجمع البيانات، مراجعة البيانات والتقارير الميدانية، وإعداد تقرير مفصل يتضمن الخلفية ونتائج التحليل والتوصيات.
- إجراء تقييم الأداء في الموقع من خلال: أخذ القياسات على المعدات باستخدام محلل الاهتزاز ومقياس التدفق فوق الصوتي والطريقة الديناميكية الحرارية، تحليل البيانات المجمعة، وإعداد تقرير مفصل.
- التنسيق مع مصانع Sulzer وفرق الهندسة الخارجية للحصول على معلومات إضافية حول المعدات اللازمة للرد على استفسارات العملاء أو دعم مراكز الخدمة أو إجراء تحليل الأعطال.
- التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والعطاءات والهندسة لتطوير مقترحات الإصلاح والتعديل التحديثي التي تلبي متطلبات العملاء ويمكن تنفيذها بنجاح.
- إجراء الهندسة التفصيلية اللازمة لتعديل وترقية المعدات في مركز الخدمة من خلال الإشراف على إعداد الرسومات وقائمة المواد والمواصفات.
- إجراء أو الإشراف على الهندسة العكسية للمكونات في مركز الخدمة أو في موقع العميل باستخدام أدوات القياس التقليدية والمسح ثلاثي الأبعاد.
- المشاركة في ودعم مبادرات الشركة التي تدعم النمو.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لفرق الضمان للمشكلات التي تظهر أثناء التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة وإصلاح المعدات الدوارة.
- دعم تحقيقات مطالبات الضمان بما في ذلك استكشاف الأعطال وتحليل أسباب الأعطال وإعداد تقارير فنية مع التوصيات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال المعدات الدوارة.
- خبرة في المضخات الطاردة المركزية والتوربينات الميكانيكية لصناعات المياه والطاقة والنفط والغاز.
- معرفة بالعمليات والممارسات والمعايير الصناعية.
- إتقان استخدام برامج تصميم واختيار المعدات الدوارة.
- مهارات في التصميم والرسم والنمذجة باستخدام CAD (ثنائي وثلاثي الأبعاد).
- مهارات حاسوبية قوية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- القدرة على السفر بنسبة 30% إلى 40% (محلياً ودولياً) مع فترات مهمات تتراوح من يوم إلى أسبوعين.

- Conduct on-site performance assessment which consist of:
B Analyze data collected during the site assessment
C prepare detailed report with background, result of analysis and recommendations
- Liaise with Sulzer factories and oversea engineering teams when additional information is required on equipment to reply to customer queries, support service center or conduct root cause failure analysis
- Liaise with Sales, Tendering and Engineering for the development of repair and retrofit proposals that meet customer requirements and can be successfully executed.
- Conduct detail engineering required for modification and upgrade of equipment in the service center, by overseeing and arranging drawings, Bill Of Material, specifications.
- Conduct or supervise reverse engineering of components in the service center or at customer site with conventional measuring tools and 3D scan.
- Participate in and actively support company initiatives that support growth.
- Provide technical support to Warranty teams for issues encountered during installation, commissioning, operation and repair of rotating equipment.
- Support warranty claim investigations, including troubleshooting, root cause failure analysis and preparation of technical reports with recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in the rotating equipment industry.
- Experience in centrifugal pumps and turbomachinery for Water, Power, and Oil & Gas industries.
- Knowledge of industry processes, practices, and standards.
- Proficiency in rotating equipment design and selection software.
- Design, drafting, and CAD (2D/3D) skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Estimated Travel Time: 30% to 40% (national and international)
- Ability to travel and visit customer sites frequently with assignment period from 1 day to 2 weeks.
