شركة Sulzer، الرائدة في مجال الهندسة، تبحث عن أخصائي مشتريات (Procurement Specialist) للعمل في الرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
مسؤول عن تحديد المصادر والتفاوض وشراء مكونات الأجهزة والكهرباء والمكونات العامة اللازمة لتصنيع المضخات، مع ضمان توفر المواد في الوقت المناسب، والتنافسية من حيث التكلفة، والامتثال للمتطلبات الفنية والجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد واختيار الموردين المؤهلين لمكونات الأجهزة والكهرباء والمكونات العامة ومواد الفئة C، والتفاوض على العقود والأسعار.
- مراجعة وتقييم المواصفات الفنية لضمان الامتثال لاحتياجات المشروع/القسم.
- إدارة ميزانيات المشتريات، مراقبة التكاليف، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات خفض التكاليف للعناصر الكهربائية والمكونات العامة.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية والموردين وفرق المشروع لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وتجنب تأخير المشاريع.
- ضمان أن جميع المنتجات تلبي معايير الجودة الخاصة بـ Sulzer والمتطلبات التنظيمية، وتحديد مخاطر المشتريات، والحفاظ على التوثيق، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التخفيف لمشكلات سلسلة التوريد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة سلسلة التوريد أو المشتريات أو مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل CIPS أو CPSM.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مشتريات المواد عالية الحجم لمشاريع النفط والغاز واسعة النطاق.
- فهم قوي لأفضل ممارسات المشتريات واستراتيجيات التوريد واتجاهات الصناعة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية باستخدام SAP وحزمة Microsoft Office.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاوض وحل مشكلات قوية.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

About The Role
Job Summary
Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing instrumentation, electrical, and general components required for pump manufacturing. The role ensures timely material availability, cost competitiveness, and compliance with technical and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and select qualified suppliers for instrumentation, electrical, general components and Class C materials, negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Review and assess technical specifications to ensure compliance with project /department’s needs.
- Manage procurement budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving strategies for electrical items and general components.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and project teams to ensure timely delivery and avoid project delays.
- Ensure all products meet Sulzer quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify procurement risks, maintain documentation, and implement mitigation strategies for supply chain issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement of high-volume materials for large-scale oil and gas projects.
- Solid understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing strategies, and industry trends.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office Suit
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English.
