نبذة عن الوظيفة

المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش الواردة وأثناء العمل والنهائية للمعدات الدوارة ومكوناتها.
- إعداد ومراجعة تقارير الإصلاح مع التوصيات الفنية.
- تطوير تعليمات العمل والرسومات وطرق الإصلاح بناءً على النتائج.
- الحفاظ على حزم العمل وقوائم الفحص وسجلات التفتيش وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
- إعداد وتنفيذ خطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs) مع أصحاب المصلحة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني للجودة، بما في ذلك مراجعة WPS/PQR واختيار المواد.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش البعدية والهندسية وأثناء التفكيك.
- إدارة تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCRs)، بما في ذلك تحليل السبب الجذري والإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية والدروس المستفادة.
- التنسيق والإشراف على الاختبارات غير التدميرية (NDT) والاختبارات المتخصصة مع أطراف ثالثة.
- ضمان معايرة معدات التفتيش والتحكم فيها وتتبعها.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في دور مماثل أو ذي صلة.
- خلفية قوية في مضخات الطرد المركزي (مطلوبة)؛ خبرة في الضواغط/التوربينات (ميزة إضافية).
- القدرة على تفسير الرسومات الهندسية والأدلة والمواصفات الفنية.
- خبرة في تطوير الإجراءات ومعالجة تقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR).
- إتقان القياسات الدقيقة والتفتيش في الورش.
- فهم قوي لهيدروليكا المضخات والأختام الميكانيكية والمعدات الدوارة.
- شهادة في الاختبارات غير التدميرية (LPT/MPI/UT Level 2)؛ شهادة LEAA في الرفع/التزوير (ميزة إضافية).
- معرفة بمعايير وممارسات الشركة المصنعة الأصلية (OEM) (يفضل).

About The Role
Job Summary
Ensures quality and technical compliance in servicing rotating equipment, including pumps, turbines, and compressors. Ensures adherence to Sulzer OEM, customer, and international standards, while supporting inspections, repair solutions, and quality procedures. Provides technical feedback, prepares inspection reports, and develops and implements required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of rotating equipment and components.
- Prepare and review overhaul reports with technical recommendations.
- Develop work instructions, drawings, and repair methods based on findings.
- Maintain job packs, checklists, inspection records, and SOPs.
- Prepare and execute Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) with stakeholders.
- Provide technical quality support, including WPS/PQR review and material selection.
- Perform dimensional, geometric, and disassembly inspections.
- Manage NCRs, including RCA, CAPA, and lessons learned.
- Coordinate and oversee NDT and specialized testing with third parties.
- Ensure calibration, control, and traceability of inspection equipment.
- Support operations/projects, including progress updates and resolving technical issues.
- Train staff on quality standards and support LEAN and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, quality procedures, and 5S practices.
- Promote a safe, clean, and positive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar or related role
- Strong centrifugal pump background required; compressor/turbine experience is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, manuals, and technical specifications
- Experience in procedure development and NCR handling
- Proficient in precision measurement and workshop inspection
- Solid understanding of pump hydraulics, mechanical seals, and rotating equipment
- NDT certification (LPT/MPI/UT Level 2); LEAA lifting/rigging certification is a plus
- Knowledge of OEM standards and practices preferred
