نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى أخصائي مراقبة الجودة لطائرات MD530 ضمان تنفيذ جميع أعمال صيانة الطائرات بأمان وبشكل صحيح وفقًا لمعايير الطيران. تساهم فحوصاته بشكل مباشر في جاهزية الطائرات وسلامتها وقدرتها على تنفيذ المهام للعميل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء فحوصات مخططة وغير مخططة وعشوائية لضمان أن أعمال الصيانة تفي بمعايير الطيران والمنشورات الفنية ومتطلبات السلامة.
- مراجعة أعمال الصيانة المنفذة عبر جميع التخصصات - بما في ذلك مجموعة نقل الحركة والمحركات وإلكترونيات الطيران والكهرباء والصفائح المعدنية واللحام والتسليح ومكافحة التآكل والتحكم في الأدوات وغيرها - للتأكد من الدقة والامتثال.
- إجراء فحوصات بنسبة 100% وفحوصات شهرية وفحوصات جودة قائمة على الملاحظة.
- التحقق من سجلات الطائرات وسجلات الصيانة وبيانات الجاهزية من حيث الدقة والاكتمال.
- إجراء فحوصات مخططة وغير مخططة وعشوائية لضمان أن أعمال الصيانة تفي بمعايير الطيران والمنشورات الفنية ومتطلبات السلامة.
- تحديد الاختلافات في الصيانة وإصدار إجراءات تصحيحية.
- تتبع الإجراءات التصحيحية والتحقق من صحتها لضمان الحل في الوقت المناسب.
- تصنيف النتائج حسب الخطورة (كبيرة أو صغيرة أو ملاحظة) ودعم تحليل السبب الجذري عند الحاجة.
- مراجعة سجلات الجاهزية وبرنامج الصيانة (التحكم في الأدوات، ومكافحة التآكل، وTMDE، وتحليل الزيت، وغيرها) لضمان استيفاء جميع المتطلبات.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير الفحص وتقارير الاختلافات ووثائق الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- مراقبة سجلات الصيانة وتتبع المكونات ووثائق التوريد لضمان الدقة والتوجيه السليم.
- التحقق من أن التدريب أثناء العمل (OJT) للميكانيكيين يتم تنفيذه وتوثيقه بشكل صحيح.
- التعاون مع إدارة الإنتاج ومراقبة الصيانة والتوريد لحل مشكلات الجودة.
- التنسيق مع ممثل رحلات الصيانة الحكومي بشأن متطلبات توثيق رحلات اختبار الصيانة.
- تقديم التوجيه لفرق الصيانة لتعزيز التحسين المستمر وتقليل إعادة العمل.
- أداء أي مهام أخرى يتم تكليفه بها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الزمالة في صيانة الطيران أو تكنولوجيا الفضاء أو مجال ذي صلة (تقبل درجة البكالوريوس كمعادل).
- كشرط للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية، يجب على جميع المرشحين إكمال برنامج التحقق من المؤهلات (QVP) التابع لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية بنجاح لضمان الأهلية لمعالجة التأشيرة وتصريح العمل.
- شهادة FAA في هيكل الطائرة ومحركها (A&P).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة طائرات الهليكوبتر/الطائرات ذات الأجنحة الدوارة، مع التركيز على طائرات MD530.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مراقبة الجودة أو التفتيش الفني أو دور مشابه.
- قدرة قوية على تفسير الكتيبات الفنية ووثائق الصيانة.
- القدرة على إعداد تقارير الفحص ووثائق الإجراءات التصحيحية بشكل مستقل.
- يجب استيفاء المتطلبات البدنية والانتشار والسفر للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- شهادة FAA في هيكل الطائرة ومحركها (A&P).
- يفضل خبرة على طائرات AH-64 أو UH-60 أو MD-530F أو AH-6i.
- يفضل خبرة في دعم متطلبات توثيق رحلات اختبار الصيانة.
- يفضل خبرة في إعداد تقارير جاهزية الطائرات.

The MD530 Quality Control Specialist ensures that all aircraft maintenance activities are performed safely, correctly, and in accordance with aviation standards. Your inspections directly influence aircraft readiness, safety, and mission capability for the customer.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and random inspections to ensure maintenance work meets aviation standards, technical publications, and safety requirements.
- Review maintenance performed across all disciplines-including Powertrain, Engines, Avionics, Electrical, Sheet Metal, Welding, Armament, Corrosion Control, Tool Control, and more-to confirm accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct 100% inspections, monthly inspections, and observation-based quality checks.
- Verify aircraft logbooks, records, and readiness data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform scheduled, unscheduled, and random inspections to ensure maintenance work meets aviation standards, technical publications, and safety requirements.
- Identify maintenance discrepancies and issue corrective actions.
- Track and validate corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Classify findings by severity (major, minor, or observation) and support root-cause analysis when needed.
- Review readiness and maintenance program records (Tool Control, Corrosion, TMDE, Oil Analysis, etc.) to ensure all requirements are met.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, discrepancy reports, and corrective action documentation.
- Monitor maintenance records, component tracking, and supply documentation to ensure accuracy and proper routing.
- Verify that on-the-job training (OJT) for maintainers is properly executed and documented. Collaborate with Production Control, Technical Supply, and Maintenance leadership to resolve quality issues.
- Coordinate with the Government Flight Representative on maintenance test flight documentation requirements.
- Provide guidance to maintenance teams to promote continuous improvement and reduce rework.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education / Certifications:
- Associate degree in Aviation Maintenance, Aerospace Technology, or related field. Bachelor's degree accepted as equivalent.
- As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- 5+ years of helicopter/rotary-wing maintenance experience, MD530
- 2+ years in a Quality Control, Technical Inspector, or similar inspection role
- Strong ability to interpret technical manuals and maintenance documentation
- Ability to produce inspection reports and corrective action documents independently
- Must meet physical, deployment, and travel requirements for work in KSA FAA
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- Experience on AH-64, UH-60, MD-530F, or AH-6i aircraft
- Experience supporting maintenance test flight documentation requirements
- Experience with aircraft readiness reporting
- Aircraft consistently meet mission-capable readiness targets
- Corrective actions are completed on time and do not reoccur
- No repeated major quality findings
- Local maintainers show improved performance and reduced rework over time
