تعمل V2X على مستوى العالم في بناء حلول ذكية تدمج البنية التحتية المادية والرقمية من القاعدة إلى ساحة المعركة. توظف الشركة خبرة تمتد 120 عاماً في دعم المهام لتحسين الأمن وتبسيط العمليات اللوجستية وزيادة الجاهزية. في هذا الدور، يقوم فني إصلاح الهياكل بإجراء الفحوصات وإصلاح واستبدال مكونات الهيكل مثل الأوتار والعارضات والقواطع والجوانب والأغطية، مع الالتزام بالتعليمات الفنية وكتيبات الصيانة ورسومات التصنيع. كما يشمل العمل تصنيع الأجزاء الهيكلية واستخدام تقنيات تشكيل المعادن، وتطبيق مواد الألياف الزجاجية، وإجراء إصلاحات طارئة ودائمة للنوافذ البلاستيكية الشفافة. يستخدم أدوات القياس وأجهزة المحاذاة، ويطبق الدهانات والبادئات ويعالج التآكل على المعادن. يدير مخزون ورشة الصيانة ويقوم بصيانة الأدوات الخاصة، ويعد النماذج ويسجل أنشطة الصيانة. يُقدم التدريب اللازم لجنود الحرس الوطني ويضمن أن جميع العمليات تراعي السلامة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان تخطيط وتنسيق وتكامل أنشطة الصيانة الهيكلية بين الجهات المختصة لتحقيق معدلات الجاهزية التشغيلية وفقاً للمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- المسؤولية عن الامتثال لأنظمة وعمليات وإجراءات وتقارير الصيانة المقررة التي توفر الوعي الظرفي الفوري بمعدلات الجاهزية.
- الإشراف على إدارة الصيانة الهيكلية اليومية للطائرات المسندة، بالتنسيق مع مدير مراقبة الإنتاج ووحدة اللوجستيات الجوية.
- توجيه الاستفسارات والتحقيقات والبحوث المتعلقة بصيانة الطيران وأنشطة الصيانة المساندة لمدير مراقبة الإنتاج.
- العمل ضمن عمليات ومعايير وإجراءات مراقبة جودة الصيانة.
- تنسيق الأنشطة والمتطلبات الخاصة بدعم عمليات الصيانة عبر مدير مراقبة الإنتاج.
- توثيق التدريب باستخدام أنظمة إدارة التدريب الآلية.
- التنسيق مع مدير مراقبة الإنتاج بشأن أنشطة ومتطلبات التدريب على الصيانة اليومية والأسبوعية.
- ضمان إجراء جميع عمليات الصيانة والأنشطة المساندة لها بطريقة آمنة.
- دعم عمليات وإجراءات فريق استرداد الطائرات المتعطلة (DART) بالتنسيق مع مدير مراقبة الإنتاج.
- العمل مع مدير الصيانة عبر المدرب الرئيسي لوضع أهداف وأولويات التدريب اليومي لتحقيق معدلات الجاهزية المطلوبة.
- الإشراف على إدارة التدريب اليومي للطائرات المسندة لدعم مدير صيانة الطيران ومدير اللوجستيات والإمداد.
- تنفيذ مهام أخرى يكلف بها من الإدارة ضمن حدود التوجيهات العامة مع حرية اختيار الأساليب.
- صلاحية اختيار وتنفيذ الأهداف ضمن نطاق المسؤوليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الزمالة أو أعلى (مطلوبة بموجب متطلبات التأشيرة).
- كشرط للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية، يجب اجتياز برنامج التحقق من المؤهلات التابع لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن عشر (10) سنوات في إجراء إصلاحات هيكلية للطائرات.
- شهادة إطار الطائرة ومحرك الطاقة (A&P).
- خبرة لا تقل عن خمس (5) سنوات في إصلاح الهياكل (يفضل خبرة على طائرات MD530).
- خبرة سابقة في مراقبة الجودة أو مراقبة الإنتاج في مجال الطيران (مفضلة).
- خريج دورة صيانة هياكل طائرات عسكرية أمريكية أو ما يعادلها مدنياً.
- إجادة استخدام الأدلة الفنية التفاعلية المحوسبة ونماذج صيانة الطيران والوثائق المرتبطة بها.
- خبرة سابقة مثبتة في صيانة الطائرات العمودية.
- تقديم نموذج DD214 للخبرة العسكرية.
- القدرة على اجتياز متطلبات التوظيف والانتشار التي تشمل الفحوصات الطبية واختبارات المخدرات والتحقق من الخلفية.

Responsibilities
- Ensures that structural aircraft maintenance functional activities and procedures among designated organizations are planned, coordinated, integrated, and synchronized to achieve established platform operational readiness (OR) rates IAW contractual requirements.
- Responsible for the compliance with established maintenance systems, processes, procedures and reports that provide immediate situational awareness of platform OR rates.
- Oversees the daily structural maintenance management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Production Control (PC) Manager, in conjunction with the Aviation Logistics for related platform parts and spares.
- Directs inquires, investigations, and research analysis related to aviation maintenance of and supporting maintenance activities to the PC Manager.
- Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
- Coordinates activities and requirements for maintenance operations support through the PC Manager.
- Document training using automated training management systems.
- Coordinates with the PC Manager for daily and weekly maintenance training activities and requirements.
- Ensures all maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.
- In coordination with the PC Manager, supports the Downed Aircraft Recovery Team (DART) processes and procedures.
- Works with Maintenance Manager through lead trainer to establish daily training maintenance operational goals, objectives and priorities for implementation in order to achieve stated OR rates.
- Oversees the daily maintenance training management of individually assigned aircraft in support of the Aviation Maintenance Manager, in conjunction with the Aviation Logistics and Supply Division Manager activities for related platform parts and spares.
- Works within the maintenance quality control processes, procedures, and standards.
- Ensures all maintenance operations and related maintenance support activities are conducted in a safe manner.
- Other duties as assigned and or directed by management.
- Performs within the broad guidelines of duties and responsibilities with significant choice of methods.
- Authority to select and implement goals and objectives within the execution of duties and responsibilities.
Education:
- Associates degree or higher required due to visa requirements.
- As a condition of employment in Saudi Arabia, all candidates must successfully complete the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Qualification Verification Program (QVP) to ensure eligibility for visa processing and employment authorization.
- Ten (10) years’ experience performing aircraft structural repairs.
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification
- Five (5) years performing aircraft structural repairs required. MD530 experience preferred
- Former Aviation Quality or Production Control preferred.
- Graduate of a US Military aircraft structural maintenance course or civilian equivalent required.
- Proficient in the use of computer-hosted interactive technical manuals, aircraft maintenance forms, and other aircraft related documentation.
- Demonstrated past performance and experience in maintenance on rotary wing Aircraft.
- DD214 required for military experience.
- Must be able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements that include medical, drug testing, background checks, etc.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a military maintenance unit.
- Strong knowledge of military logistics procedures and regulations.
