نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤولية عن تقديم الدعم الفني للعملاء، المبيعات، مراكز الخدمة وفرق الضمان، وتحديد فرص الترقيات والخدمات بشكل أساسي في صناعات النفط والغاز والطاقة والمياه.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الفني للعميل وفريق الواجهة الأمامية: الرد على الاستفسارات الفنية وحضور الاجتماعات مع العملاء للتوضيحات الفنية.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لمراكز الخدمة والخدمات الميدانية: مراجعة تقارير الفحص، تقديم توصيات لطريقة الإصلاح، تحديد أسباب الأعطال بناءً على الملاحظات، تقديم توصيات للترقية، إرشادات التفكيك والتجميع والإعداد للمعدات المعقدة بالتنسيق مع الخبراء، والمساعدة في تعليمات التشغيل أو استكشاف الأخطاء المعقدة.
- إجراء تحليل أسباب الأعطال الجذرية: التواصل مع العميل لجمع البيانات اللازمة، مراجعة بيانات الموقع والتقارير، وإعداد تقرير مفصل مع الخلفية ونتائج التحليل والتوصيات.
- إجراء تقييم الأداء في الموقع: أخذ القياسات باستخدام أجهزة تحليل الاهتزاز، مقياس التدفق بالموجات فوق الصوتية، الطريقة الديناميكية الحرارية؛ تحليل البيانات وإعداد تقرير مفصل مع التوصيات.
- التنسيق مع مصانع Sulzer وفرق الهندسة الخارجية عند الحاجة لمعلومات إضافية عن المعدات للرد على استفسارات العملاء أو دعم مراكز الخدمة أو تحليل الأعطال.
- التنسيق مع فرق المبيعات والعطاءات والهندسة لتطوير مقترحات الإصلاح والتعديل التحديثي التي تلبي متطلبات العملاء ويمكن تنفيذها بنجاح.
- إجراء الهندسة التفصيلية المطلوبة لتعديل وترقية المعدات في مركز الخدمة من خلال الإشراف على الرسومات وقائمة المواد والمواصفات.
- إجراء أو الإشراف على الهندسة العكسية للمكونات في مركز الخدمة أو موقع العميل باستخدام أدوات القياس التقليدية والمسح ثلاثي الأبعاد.
- المشاركة في ودعم مبادرات الشركة التي تعزز النمو.
- تقديم الدعم الفني لفرق الضمان للمشكلات التي تظهر أثناء التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة للمعدات الدوارة.
- دعم تحقيقات مطالبات الضمان بما في ذلك استكشاف الأخطاء وتحليل الأعطال وإعداد التقارير الفنية مع التوصيات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في صناعة المعدات الدوارة.
- خبرة في المضخات الطاردة المركزية والتوربينات الميكانيكية لصناعات المياه والطاقة والنفط والغاز.
- معرفة بالعمليات والممارسات والمعايير الصناعية.
- إتقان استخدام برامج تصميم واختيار المعدات الدوارة.
- مهارات في التصميم والرسم والنمذجة باستخدام CAD (ثنائي/ثلاثي الأبعاد).
- مهارات حاسوبية قوية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدث).
- قدرة على السفر بنسبة 30% إلى 40% (داخلياً ودولياً)، وزيارة مواقع العملاء بشكل متكرر لمدة تتراوح بين يوم وأسبوعين.

About The Role

- Conduct root cause failure analysis which consists of:
B Reviewing site data and reports
C Prepare detailed root cause failure analysis report with background, result of analysis and recommendations
- Conduct on-site performance assessment which consist of:
B Analyze data collected during the site assessment
C prepare detailed report with background, result of analysis and recommendations
- Liaise with Sulzer factories and oversea engineering teams when additional information is required on equipment to reply to customer queries, support service center or conduct root cause failure analysis
- Liaise with Sales, Tendering and Engineering for the development of repair and retrofit proposals that meet customer requirements and can be successfully executed.
- Conduct detail engineering required for modification and upgrade of equipment in the service center, by overseeing and arranging drawings, Bill Of Material, specifications.
- Conduct or supervise reverse engineering of components in the service center or at customer site with conventional measuring tools and 3D scan.
- Participate in and actively support company initiatives that support growth.
- Provide technical support to Warranty teams for issues encountered during installation, commissioning, operation and repair of rotating equipment.
- Support warranty claim investigations, including troubleshooting, root cause failure analysis and preparation of technical reports with recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in the rotating equipment industry.
- Experience in centrifugal pumps and turbomachinery for Water, Power, and Oil & Gas industries.
- Knowledge of industry processes, practices, and standards.
- Proficiency in rotating equipment design and selection software.
- Design, drafting, and CAD (2D/3D) skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Estimated Travel Time: 30% to 40% (national and international)
- Ability to travel and visit customer sites frequently with assignment period from 1 day to 2 weeks.
