المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية سوق الطرق والطرق السريعة في المملكة بما يتوافق مع أهداف الشركة.
- تحديد فرص السوق الناشئة عبر المملكة، بما في ذلك مبادرات النقل الفيدرالية والإماراتية، وتوسعات شبكات الطرق، وبرامج التنقل، والتطورات الكبرى في البنية التحتية.
- تحقيق مستويات النمو السنوي للأعمال، ومبادرات التموضع في السوق، والتمييز التنافسي.

- مراقبة أداء المشاريع وقيادة مبادرات رضا العملاء.
- امتلاك مسؤولية الربح والخسارة للسوق، وتوقعات المبيعات، وأداء هامش المشروع.
- تقييم المخاطر التجارية والشروط التعاقدية والامتثال للوائح المملكة.
- تقديم القيادة للفرق متعددة التخصصات في جميع أنحاء المملكة.
- توجيه قادة السوق الناشئين والمساهمة في تطوير القدرات.
- تعزيز ثقافة التعاون والابتكار والأداء العالي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة (إلزامي).
- درجة الماجستير في هندسة النقل أو ماجستير إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة (مفضل).
- التسجيل المهني (مثل PE, CEng, PMP أو ما يعادلها) يعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 25 عامًا في هندسة الطرق أو الطرق السريعة أو النقل.
- ما لا يقل عن 8-10 سنوات في أدوار عليا لتطوير الأعمال أو قيادة السوق أو أدوار موجهة للعملاء في المملكة العربية السعودية.
- سجل حافل في الفوز وتنفيذ مشاريع بنية تحتية واسعة النطاق (طرق سريعة، تقاطعات، ممرات، برامج تنقل، نماذج PPP/DB/DBO).
- شبكة علاقات قوية مع هيئات النقل والبلديات والجهات الحكومية والاستشاريين ومقاولي EPC والمطورين في المملكة.
- الاستعداد للسفر داخل المملكة حسب الحاجة.
- مهارات اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- يفضل بشدة وجود علاقات قائمة مع العملاء من هيئات النقل والبلديات والجهات الحكومية والمطورين والمقاولين في المملكة.

Your role
Market Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute the KSA roads and highways market strategy, aligned with corporate goals.
- Identify emerging market opportunities across the KSA, including federal and emirate-level transportation initiatives, road network expansions, mobility programs, and major infrastructure developments.
- Drive annual business growth targets, market positioning initiatives, and competitive differentiation.
- Lead client relationship management for KSA transport authorities, municipalities, government entities, PPP authorities, transport regulators, and major private-sector developers, including design-build contractors.
- Act as the primary executive sponsor for key accounts.
- Represent the company at industry forums, government meetings, and transport sector conferences across the KSA.
- Lead major pursuits and proposal strategies, ensuring high-quality, competitive submissions.
- Oversee bid-no-bid decisions, capture planning, pricing strategies, and partnership models (JV, consortiums, subcontracting).
- Develop and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, project management, and construction supervision teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support resource planning and talent acquisition to meet project and market needs.
- Monitor project performance and drive client satisfaction initiatives.
- Own the market P&L, sales forecasts, and project margin performance.
- Evaluate commercial risks, contractual terms, and compliance with KSA regulations.
- Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams across the KSA.
- Mentor emerging market leaders and contribute to capability development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (mandatory).
- Master's degree in Transportation Engineering, MBA, or related discipline (preferred).
- Professional registration (e.g., PE, CEng, PMP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- 25+ years of experience in roads, highways, or transportation engineering.
- Minimum 8-10 years in senior business development, market leadership, or client-facing roles in the KSA.
- Proven track record in winning and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects (expressways, interchanges, corridors, mobility programs, PPP/DB/DBO models).
- Strong network across KSA transport authorities, municipalities, government entities, consultants, EPC contractors, and developers.
Deep Knowledge Of
