نبذة عن الوظيفة
- وظيفة بدوام كامل وبالحضور الشخصي في الرياض.
- الإشراف على الوضع الأمني لمنصات الشركة وبنيتها التحتية، بما في ذلك منصة "قردي"، وضمان سرية وسلامة وتوافر المعلومات والخدمات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتنفيذ الضوابط الأمنية.
- مراقبة الأنظمة للكشف عن التهديدات وإدارة الاستجابة للحوادث.
- تنسيق تقييمات الثغرات الأمنية وعمليات المعالجة.
- وضع السياسات والإجراءات الأمنية.
- قيادة مبادرات التوعية الأمنية.
- التعاون مع فرق التقنية والعمليات والامتثال لتلبية المتطلبات التنظيمية والصناعية.
- التقييم المستمر للمخاطر الناشئة وتقديم توصيات للتحسين لحماية عمليات الوساطة الرقمية وبيانات العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، أمن المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة مثل CISSP أو CISM أو CEH أو ما يعادلها (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في قطاع التكنولوجيا المالية أو البنوك أو المنصات الرقمية، ويفضل أن تكون في منطقة الشرق الأوسط (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في الأمن السيبراني وأمن المعلومات، مع خبرة في تصميم وصيانة البيئات الآمنة.
- مهارات أمن الشبكات، بما في ذلك تأمين بنية الشبكات ومراقبة الحرائق وإدارة الجدران النارية وأنظمة كشف/منع التسلل.

Through its “Qardi” platform, SIDB enables companies to submit financing requests digitally and receive instant offers from multiple financing institutions. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cybersecurity Manager role based in Riyadh. The Cybersecurity Manager will oversee the security posture of SIDB’s platforms and infrastructure, including the “Qardi” platform, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information and services. Daily responsibilities include designing and implementing security controls, monitoring systems for threats, managing incident response, and coordinating vulnerability assessments and remediation. The role also involves establishing security policies and procedures, leading security awareness initiatives, and collaborating with technology, operations, and compliance teams to meet regulatory and industry standards. The Cybersecurity Manager will continuously assess emerging risks and recommend improvements to protect digital brokerage operations and customer data.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Cybersecurity and Information Security skills, with experience in designing and maintaining secure environments.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including securing network architectures, monitoring traffic, and managing firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Candidates should possess Application Security skills, with experience securing web and mobile applications, APIs, and platform integrations.
- Candidates should possess Vulnerability Assessment skills, including conducting regular scans, prioritizing findings, and coordinating remediation.
- Experience with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS or similar) and knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to financial services.
- Proficiency with SIEM tools, endpoint protection, encryption technologies, and identity and access management solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills, with the ability to communicate complex security issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.
- Experience working in fintech, banking, or digital platforms, preferably within the Middle East region, is beneficial.
