تعلن شركة Larsen & Toubro عن توفر وظيفة Product Quality Engineer في الرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

تطوير وتنفيذ والحفاظ على إجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة (QA/QC) لمشاريع الطاقة المتجددة.
ضمان جودة وحدات الطاقة الشمسية الكهروضوئية، والعاكسات، وهياكل التركيب، والمحولات، والكابلات، والمفاتيح الكهربائية، ومعدات BESS، ومواد المشروع الأخرى.
مراجعة المواصفات الفنية والرسومات وخطط التفتيش والاختبار (ITPs) وخطط الجودة وبيانات الطرق (method statements).
إجراء فحص المواد الواردة، وتقييم جودة الموردين، والتفتيش في المصانع، واختبارات القبول في المصنع (FAT).
التنسيق مع الموردين والمصنعين وفرق المشتريات والهندسة والإنشاء والمشروع لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالجودة.
مراقبة عمليات التصنيع والتحقق من الامتثال للمواصفات المعتمدة والرموز والمعايير المطبقة.

ضمان الامتثال لمعيار ISO 9001 ومعايير IEC وASTM وغيرها من المعايير الصناعية ذات الصلة.
مراقبة عيوب المنتج واتجاهات الفشل وقضايا الموثوقية وأداء الموردين والتوصية بإجراءات التحسين.
إعداد تقارير الجودة وسجلات التفتيش ونتائج التدقيق ووثائق الجودة الخاصة بالمشروع.
دعم أنشطة التشغيل والاختبار والتسليم من خلال ضمان استيفاء متطلبات الجودة.
تعزيز التحسين المستمر والوقاية من المخاطر والوعي بالجودة عبر فرق المشروع.

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures for renewable energy projects.
Ensure the quality of solar PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, transformers, cables, switchgear, BESS equipment, and other project materials.
Review technical specifications, drawings, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Quality Plans, and method statements.
Conduct incoming material inspections, supplier quality assessments, factory inspections, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, procurement, engineering, construction, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor manufacturing processes and verify compliance with approved specifications, applicable codes, and standards.
Identify, document, and resolve non-conformities (NCRs), implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and perform root cause analysis.
Conduct supplier audits, quality inspections, and product performance assessments.
Verify material test certificates, inspection reports, calibration certificates, and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable IEC, ASTM, and other relevant industry standards.
Monitor product defects, failure trends, reliability issues, and supplier performance, and recommend improvement measures.
Prepare quality reports, inspection records, audit findings, and project quality documentation.
Support commissioning, testing, and handover activities by ensuring that quality requirements are fulfilled.
Promote continuous improvement, risk prevention, and quality awareness across project teams.
