نبذة عن الوظيفة

يتولى أخصائي ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة مسؤولية التأكد من أن المنتجات والخدمات ومخرجات المشروع تفي بمعايير الجودة المقررة ومتطلبات العملاء والتوقعات التنظيمية. يدعم هذا الدور تطوير وتنفيذ عمليات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة لتعزيز الامتثال والتحسين المستمر. يعمل الأخصائي بشكل وثيق مع فرق المشروع والمقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة للحفاظ على أداء عالي الجودة طوال مراحل المشروع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة إجراءات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة وخطط التفتيش وأنظمة إدارة الجودة.
  • مراقبة أنشطة المشروع للتأكد من الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والمواصفات ومتطلبات العقد.
  • إجراء عمليات التفتيش والتدقيق والتقييمات الجودة للعمليات والمواد والتسليمات.
  • مراجعة وثائق الجودة بما في ذلك تقارير التفتيش وسجلات الاختبار وشهادات الامتثال.
  • تحديد مشكلات الجودة وعدم المطابقة والعيوب، وضمان تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
  • التنسيق مع فرق المشروع والمقاولين والموردين لحل المسائل المتعلقة بالجودة.
  • مراقبة وتتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للجودة وإعداد تقارير أداء الجودة.
  • دعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي للجودة وعمليات الاعتماد.
  • التحقق من الامتثال للكودات والمعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية المعمول بها في الصناعة.
  • تقديم التوعية والتدريب في مجال الجودة لأفراد المشروع.
  • المشاركة في تحليل الأسباب الجذرية ومبادرات التحسين المستمر.
  • ضمان التوثيق السليم وحفظ سجلات الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الجودة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في مشاريع الإنشاءات.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة إدارة الجودة ومعايير ISO 9001.
  • خبرة في التفتيش والتدقيق والاختبار وتوثيق الجودة.
  • الإلمام بالكودات والمعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية للصناعة.
  • الشهادات المهنية مثل ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / Internal Auditor مفضلة.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على حل المشكلات والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على إدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • إجادة استخدام أدوات إعداد تقارير الجودة وتطبيقات Microsoft Office.
  • القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتعاوني في بيئة متعددة التخصصات.

Overview

The QA/QC Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products, services, and project deliverables meet established quality standards, client requirements, and regulatory expectations. The role supports the development and implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes to drive compliance and continuous improvement. The QA/QC Specialist works closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain high-quality performance throughout all project phases.

Your role

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality management systems.
  • Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and contract requirements.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and quality assessments of processes, materials, and deliverables.
  • Review quality documentation, including inspection reports, test records, and compliance certificates.
  • Identify quality issues, non-conformances, and defects, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to resolve quality-related concerns.
  • Monitor and track quality KPIs and prepare quality performance reports.
  • Support internal and external quality audits and certification processes.
  • Verify compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide quality awareness training and guidance to project personnel.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure proper documentation and retention of quality records.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Experience in inspections, audits, testing, and quality documentation.
  • Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor are preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in quality reporting tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
