تعلن شركة SJ Group (Surbana Jurong Group) عن توفر وظيفة Technical Manager - Project Controls في مكة وجدة، السعودية. سيتولى المرشح الإشراف على تخطيط المشاريع وجدولتها وإدارة التكاليف وتحليل المخاطر وإعداد تقارير الأداء لبرامج البنية التحتية الكبرى.

Surbana Jurong Group هي شركة استشارية عالمية رائدة في مجالات البنية التحتية والمباني والحلول البيئية. نبحث عن مدير تقني متمرس في التحكم بالمشاريع للإشراف على تخطيط المشاريع وجدولتها وإدارة التكاليف وتحليل المخاطر وتقارير الأداء لبرامج البنية التحتية الكبرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة أنشطة التحكم بالمشاريع بما في ذلك التخطيط والجدولة وهندسة التكاليف وإدارة المخاطر ومراقبة التقدم.
- تطوير ومراجعة وصيانة جداول المشاريع المتكاملة باستخدام Primavera P6.
- مراقبة تكاليف المشروع والكميات وأداء الجدول الزمني وتقدم التسليم.
- إعداد وتحليل تقارير أداء المشروع ولوحات المعلومات ومعلومات الإدارة.
- تطوير جداول متكاملة تحدد الترابطات بين المشاريع والبرامج.
- دعم إعداد ومراجعة خطط تنفيذ وإدارة المشاريع.
- استخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع المؤسسية (EPM) لمراقبة أداء المشاريع والتحكم به.
- تحديد مخاطر الجدول الزمني والتكاليف وتقديم تحليل فني لدعم الإجراءات التصحيحية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو إدارة المشاريع أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في التحكم بالمشاريع أو التخطيط أو الجدولة أو إدارة التكاليف أو إدارة مخاطر المشاريع.
- خبرة عملية في هندسة التكاليف وإدارة الكميات وتحليل المشاريع وإعداد جداول المشاريع.
- خبرة مثبتة في استخدام Primavera P6.
- خبرة في استخدام برامج إدارة المشاريع المؤسسية (EPM).
- خبرة في إعداد لوحات أداء المشاريع وجداول البرامج المتكاملة.
- خبرة في تطوير خطط تنفيذ وإدارة المشاريع لمشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager - Project Controls to oversee project planning, scheduling, cost management, risk analysis, and performance reporting for major infrastructure programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project controls activities, including planning, scheduling, cost engineering, risk management, and progress monitoring.
- Develop, review, and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Monitor project costs, quantities, schedule performance, and delivery progress.
- Prepare and analyse project performance reports, dashboards, and management information.
- Develop integrated schedules identifying interdependencies between projects and programmes.
- Support the preparation and review of project implementation and management plans.
- Use Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software to monitor and control project performance.
- Identify schedule and cost risks and provide technical analysis to support corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, cost management, or project risk management.
- Practical experience in cost engineering, quantity management, project analysis, and preparation of project schedules.
- Demonstrated experience using Primavera P6.
- Experience using Enterprise Project Management (EPM) software.
- Experience preparing project performance dashboards and integrated programme schedules.
- Experience developing project implementation and management plans for major infrastructure projects.
