نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن قائد فريق مدني ذو خبرة لقيادة التصميم الفني للبنية التحتية المدنية في مشاريع التطوير العمراني والتخطيط الرئيسي. سيركز الدور على تقديم حلول هندسية منسقة عبر الطرق والتسوية والصرف الصحي والمرافق، مع ضمان الامتثال لمعايير التصميم ذات الصلة ومتطلبات الجهات المختصة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة تصميم البنية التحتية المدنية لمشاريع التطوير العمراني والتخطيط الرئيسي ومشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.
- الإشراف على التصميم الفني للطرق والطرق السريعة والتسوية (grading) وتصريف مياه الأمطار (stormwater drainage) والمرافق الرطبة والجافة (wet and dry utilities).
- مراجعة الرسومات الهندسية وحسابات التصميم والمواصفات والتقارير الفنية لضمان الدقة الفنية والجودة.
- ضمان امتثال تصاميم البنية التحتية المدنية للمعايير الهندسية المطبقة ورموز التصميم ومتطلبات الجهات المختصة.
- تنسيق تصميم البنية التحتية المدنية مع فرق الهندسة متعددة التخصصات لضمان حلول تصميم متكاملة.
- تحديد وحل مشكلات التصميم المدني والبنية التحتية المعقدة.
- الإشراف على مخرجات التصميم الهندسي المدني عبر مراحل التصميم المفاهيمي والأولي والتفصيلي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- خبرة مثبتة في تصميم البنية التحتية المدنية لمشاريع التطوير العمراني أو التخطيط الرئيسي أو مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.
- خبرة فنية قوية في الطرق والطرق السريعة والتسوية وتصريف مياه الأمطار والمرافق الرطبة والجافة.
- خبرة مثبتة في مراجعة وتقديم الرسومات الهندسية المدنية وحسابات التصميم والمواصفات الفنية وتقارير التصميم.
- معرفة قوية بمعايير التصميم الهندسي المدني والرموز ومتطلبات الجهات المختصة.
- خبرة مثبتة في تنسيق تصاميم البنية التحتية المدنية مع التخصصات الهندسية الأخرى.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Civil Team Leader - Urban Development to lead the technical design of civil infrastructure for urban development and masterplanning projects. The role will focus on delivering coordinated engineering solutions across roads, grading, drainage, and utilities, ensuring compliance with relevant design standards and authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the civil infrastructure design for urban development, masterplanning, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Oversee the technical design of roads, highways, grading, stormwater drainage, and wet and dry utilities.
- Review engineering drawings, design calculations, specifications, and technical reports to ensure technical accuracy and quality.
- Ensure civil infrastructure designs comply with applicable engineering standards, design codes, and local authority requirements.
- Coordinate civil infrastructure design with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Identify and resolve complex civil engineering and infrastructure design issues.
- Oversee civil engineering design deliverables across concept, preliminary, and detailed design stages.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in civil infrastructure design for urban development, masterplanning, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical expertise in roads, highways, grading, stormwater drainage, and wet and dry utilities.
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and delivering civil engineering drawings, design calculations, technical specifications, and design reports.
- Strong knowledge of relevant civil engineering design standards, codes, and authority requirements.
- Proven experience coordinating civil infrastructure designs with other engineering disciplines.
