Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Aircraft Maintenance Oversight to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet by overseeing all maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee all maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and modifications.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Coordinate with external maintenance providers and vendors to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
- Investigate maintenance-related incidents and develop preventive measures to avoid future occurrences.

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 7 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on oversight and regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification from relevant aviation authorities is a plus.
