Summary:
The Senior Specialist, Aircraft Maintenance Safety and Quality ‎is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and quality standards of aircraft maintenance operations. This role involves implementing safety protocols, conducting quality audits, and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement safety procedures in compliance with aviation regulations and industry best practices
- Conduct regular audits to assess the quality of aircraft maintenance operations
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address safety and quality concerns
- Provide training and guidance to staff on safety protocols and quality standards

Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in aircraft maintenance safety and quality assurance
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

In-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures and regulations
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality standards in aviation
- Experience in conducting safety audits and inspections
- Ability to develop and implement safety programs and initiatives
