Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Manager Powerplant (APU) to oversee the maintenance and repair of all APU systems in our facility. The Manager will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing the performance of all APU units.

Job Responsibility:
1. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all APU systems, including troubleshooting, servicing, and testing.
2. Manage a team of technicians by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
3. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure maximum performance of all APU units.
4. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
5. Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to operations.
6. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing APU systems maintenance, preferably in an aviation or manufacturing environment.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with other departments.
4. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in APU maintenance.
5. Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and implement effective solutions to optimize APU performance.
6. Certification in APU maintenance is a plus.

Strong knowledge of powerplant systems and aircraft auxiliary power units (APUs)

- Experience with maintenance planning and scheduling
- Ability to adapt to changes and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
