في لوسيد، نبحث عن مهندس CAD (CAD Engineer) للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية. يتولى هذا الدور مسؤولية برمجة وتشغيل وتحسين عمليات التصنيع باستخدام ماكينات CNC ذات 5 محاور لقولبة الصب وإصلاح القوالب وإنتاج المكونات الدقيقة، مع التعاون الوثيق مع فرق التصميم والقياس والصيانة لضمان عمليات تصنيع عالية الجودة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير برامج ماكينات CNC باستخدام برامج CAD/CAM مثل Tebis وMastercam والبرامج المماثلة.
- إنشاء وتحسين مسارات الأدوات لعمليات التفريز والحفر والتجويف والتشطيب.
- وضع استراتيجيات تصنيع لإدراج القوالب وكتل التثقيب وفولاذ التشذيب ومكونات القوالب.
- إجراء محاكاة التصنيع والتحقق من البرامج قبل إصدارها للإنتاج.
- تحسين زمن الدورة مع الحفاظ على معايير الجودة المطلوبة.
- دعم أنشطة تصنيع القوالب الجديدة وتعديلات القوالب الحالية.
- برمجة وتصنيع مكونات القوالب البديلة أثناء الصيانة والتغييرات الهندسية.
- التعاون مع مهندسي تصميم القوالب لتحسين قابلية تصنيع مكونات القوالب.
- دعم أنشطة تجربة القوالب واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- تحليل أداء التصنيع وتنفيذ مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- تحسين معايير القطع واختيار الأدوات وسرعات التغذية والتشغيل.
- تقليل تكاليف التصنيع وأوقات الإعداد واستهلاك الأدوات.
- تطوير إجراءات التصنيع الموحدة وأفضل الممارسات.
- ضمان مطابقة المكونات المشغّلة لمتطلبات الرسم الهندسي والتسامحات الهندسية (GD&T).
- التنسيق مع فريق القياس للتحقق من الأبعاد.
- مراجعة تقارير الفحص وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
- الحفاظ على توثيق التصنيع والتحكم في المراجعات.
- دعم إعداد ماكينات CNC واستكشاف أخطائها.
- التنسيق مع فرق الصيانة لمتطلبات الصيانة الوقائية.
- التوصية بأدوات وتركيبات وتقنيات تصنيع جديدة.
- دعم تنفيذ مبادرات الصناعة 4.0 والتصنيع الرقمي.
- اتباع جميع لوائح السلامة وإجراءات الشركة.
- ضمان الامتثال لأنظمة إدارة الجودة ومعايير التصنيع.
- المشاركة في تقييم المخاطر وعمليات التدقيق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال تصنيع قوالب الكبس (stamping dies) أو إصلاح القوالب أو بيئات التصنيع الدقيق.
- خبرة عملية مع برامج CAD/CAM مثل Tebis وMastercam في برمجة CNC وتوليد مسارات الأدوات.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات التصنيع باستخدام ماكينات CNC ذات 5 محاور، واستراتيجيات التصنيع، وتحسين العمليات.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهندسية والتسامحات الهندسية (GD&T) والمواصفات الفنية.

The CAD Engineer is responsible for programming, operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting 5-axis CNC machining processes for casting die manufacturing, die repair, and precision component production. This role requires strong expertise in CAD/CAM software such as Tebis and Mastercam for CNC programming, toolpath generation, machining simulation, and process optimization. The engineer will collaborate closely with the Die Design, Metrology, and Maintenance teams to ensure high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective machining operations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
CNC Programming & Machining
- Develop CNC machine programs using CAD/CAM software like Tebis, Master CAM & equivalent software.
- Generate and optimize tool paths for milling, drilling, boring, and finishing operations.
- Create machining strategies for die inserts, punch blocks, trim steels, and die components.
- Perform machining simulations and validate programs before release to production.
- Optimize cycle times while maintaining required quality standards.
Die Manufacturing & Repair
- Support new die manufacturing and die modification activities.
- Program and machine replacement die components during maintenance and engineering changes.
- Collaborate with Die Design Engineers to improve the manufacturability of die components.
- Support die tryout and troubleshooting activities.
Process Optimization
- Analyze machining performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize cutting parameters, tooling selection, feeds, and speeds.
- Reduce machining costs, setup times, and tool consumption.
- Develop standardized machining procedures and best practices.
Quality & Inspection
- Ensure machine components meet drawing and GD&T requirements.
- Coordinate with Metrology team for dimensional validation.
- Review inspection reports and implement corrective actions when required.
- Maintain machining documentation and revision contro
Equipment & Technology Support
- Support CNC machine setup and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance requirements with maintenance teams.
- Recommend new tooling, fixtures, and machining technologies.
- Support implementation of Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing initiatives.
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and manufacturing standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in stamping die manufacturing, die repair, or precision machining environments.
- Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software such as Tebis and Mastercam for CNC programming and toolpath generation.
- Strong knowledge of 5-axis CNC machining processes, machining strategies, and process optimization.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications
